Horrible service, the owner treats customers in a very rude manner! I went to pay and she said: cash only. I said, on my previous visit I paid by card. She said: You shouldn't do that, in an extremely rude manner! So I asked her: Do you always treat your customers like this? She was even ruder and refused to make the sale to my friend!!!

This store is not trustworthy and it is owned by a scheming family. They took advantage of my mother and my grandmother, and scammed them when they were trying to send money to Mexico. My mom spoke to the higher company that does the money transfer and they told her that they had refunded the money to her and she had to go to this store to get the refund. My mom went to store and Eva denied my mom the refund, treating my mom like she was crazy. The higher company offered to talk to Eva to explain how to refund my moms money and Eva denied. My mom left and went on Facebook and saw posts of other customers that had been taken advantage off and robbed. My mom then came back to the store to confront them,and her husband was there this time. He denied the refund, telling my mom that was insane and dramatic for asking for the money that they scammed from her. He told her it was only $300 and to get over it. My mom stated she didn't care how much money they had stole, it was the fact they continuously steal from people and then gaslight them when the customers confront them. I've been going to this store since I was a kid, and always knew the vibe was off, the owners and their kids were always rude and acting entitled, but I just thought it was a flaw in their character, I did not know they were capable of scheming and stealing from their customers who are just trying to provide for their own families. There are other stores nearby that will have better service, food, and Mexican products.

They have different types of Mexican Popsicles! I am always checking for them at every store I go to. They have them in popsicle form, tube form, and in a cup!

Adventuring to the Mucho Mas tienda by the Sno-King Ice Arena in Kirkland today, Thursday 7 December 2023, I was not sure what I was looking for exactly. There was some fruit inside the front entrance that reminded me of some of the items my family ate when feeling adventurous when I was growing up. My dad has been cooking latino food items for church of recent and likes spicy foods, so I decided to see if I could find something(s) he might like. A few of the sections piqued my interest such as the pickled vegetables and salsas. I also noted sections for fresh items including baked goods and a meat case. By the meat area, there were some Takis (tortilla chip brand) options available. A particular flavor caught my eye (Blue Heat with heat rated as extreme per packaging and the spice coming from hot chili peppers). I decided to go with two of the smaller bags, one for me to try and one for my dad. A friendly worker helped me at check out and greeted me when I entered the store. She thoughtfully asked me if I needed help finding anything when I was shopping. Payment was straightforward and my cash as payment method was accepted. Tasting the Takis when I got back to my car, I found them flavorful and crunchy (not stale). All around enjoyed my experience.

I do not recommend this store, the lady who works there is very rude. If you want to be treated well and with respect, this place is not like that. I will not be returning and everyone I mentioned will know that it is not a place of education.

They don't answer the calls. They insist on taking the phone out of the base and putting it down on the table or something.
You hear them working and they don't answer.

According to the map it says that it will be 9:00, wasting my time, I arrived at 9:05 and so far it is 9:36 and they haven't opened, guys, they don't trust this store.
