I was desperately trying to find a CPA that has experiences in the same cases as mine. After I read reviews from others and talked to Jeannette, I knew that she was the right person to handle my taxes. She is very knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and helpful. I am a small business owner and called to see about engaging Nelsen Tax & Consulting Services beginning with my quarterly tax filing. Their website states this is what they do. "Small business tax return preparation and filing instructions is a core service offered to our clients." The person who answered was not very friendly and asked "Well, what's your story". As I began to explain what I needed they cut me off and told me to go find a bookkeeper because they're cheaper.

Jeannette took the burden of Estate taxes for both of my parents off my shoulders. Delivering information to her was easy and secure. The decision to have Jeannette take care of filing the taxes was a good one. She is worth it!

Jeannette saved our life with our taxes this year. We had 4 days to find a CPA to file before the extension deadline ended. She took us on a clients and was amazing in getting our return completed in time. Not an easy task for sure but she was there to help, figure out and complete them - even a day early. So glad we have found a new CPA and would recommend her to anyone looking for a responsive, smart, helpful, professional CPA. She's wonderful!!

Jeannette was extremely helpful and patient with us as she helped us work through resubmitting our taxes after we realized that Turbotax had lead us to some miscalculations in previous years. She was very thorough and responsive when we had questions and once we gave all the necessary documentation to her, the turn around time was amazingly fast! It was a great experience working with her- Highly recommend!

I have been using Nelsen Tax and Consulting CPA for three years now. I have been extremely pleased with all of their work. I couldn’t be happier with them.Jeannette is extremely knowledgeable. She’s a pleasure to work with and gets my taxes done in a timely matter. My taxes arrive in a nice neat package. Instructions are very clear and she even includes envelopes.I very highly recommend Nelsen Tax and Consulting CPA.

Jeannette and her team are awesome! As a small business owner of a little over 4 years I don't have to worry that I might have missed something with either the taxes or the book keeping. Jeannette and her team are very thorough. Jeannette has taken care of our taxes for the last several years, and the experience has been great each time. She is very professional, thorough, and proactive - she does not wait until the last minute. She also patiently answers all the questions I ask her - even the d*** ones. She even took care of things when the IRS came knocking. (Not an audit, but a mistake I made a few years ago.) Would strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for a tax professional.

This is my third year I'm using Nelsen Tax and Consulting, and I was perfectly satisfied, every time. What is important for me is that whenever I have a tax-related question, Jennifer answers it in minutes. My taxes are of average complexity, and she only needs a couple of days at most to prepare them after I upload all the documentation. Plus, every year she found some deductions that I was unaware of. I highly recommend her services.

Jeannette is the best! What I love about working with her is I don't spend time following up on items. She is consistently responsive, efficient and is great about managing timelines and expectations. She has a gift of explaining complex issues in easy to understand terms. She will make sure you understand all of your options. Lucky to have her on our team! Please note that in as much as she is responsive, she also asks that you respond to her requests in a timely manner or let her know what is happening on your end if there is a delay in getting back to her. It is only a fair request as she will always respond to your emails and/or phone calls.

I am a fairly new business owner and just had our two year anniversary. Jeannette is our second CPA since I started the business and the experience working with her has been incredibly positive. She is very quick to respond to my questions and concerns, always on the same day, most of the time within the hour. Her answers are very detailed and precise to the questions asked. She is also very experienced and knowledgeable. Often, she can provide me with insights that help me make decisions much more easily. With all the services she provides, her price is very fair and reasonable. Learning about taxes as a new small-business owner is not a fun thing to do, and finding a great CPA is especially important. I am very happy working with Jeannette and I have already recommended her to others. Although I still don't look forward to doing my taxes, I no longer despise it!
