They don’t provide boxes when you buy shoes. They just put the shoes into the bag which makes the whole experience feel very cheap. Their stuff is cheap, but not THAT cheap.

Garbage, clothes, rude sales people, messy and unorganizedClothes on the floor, nothing sizedSkip this joke of a storeHi Matt, thanks for replying. Instead of spending your time to replying to emails somebody should spend their time picking up clothes off the floor of the store and organizing things so it's actually shoppable. It seems that you've stopped hiring as many people because you can make more money off of a messy unorganized unsized store

They have a good amount of selection and the location is good. The customer service people are always nice to me. It is smaller than both stores in Bellevue.

Busy store but a return point for all Nordstrom purchases. This is the less expensive Nordstrom shopping.

Update 12/19/23: store is messy and distraught... Not just during the holidays but typically like this throughout the year. Workers have a very snotty demeanor which does not add to the experience, then again this is an outlet store but hey it is Nordstrom's too!! Parking continues to be a nightmare at this location and if you are able to find parking, the stalls are so narrow you're likely to get your car dinged.----------Product is often lacking and parking is a nightmare at this location!

Highly and strongly recommend! Workers are super nice and friendly and helpful!I lost my receipt and didn't have my credit card with me and I was able to exchange my uggs boots for a different size.❤️❤️

Very friendly and helpful staff. I didn't like the selection of men's clothing options. The staff was the best thing about the place!
