The manager Jeff was so helpful on my first time at public storage. He helped me open up my unit, gave me tips on how to make it easy to open and close. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Public Storage business.

I have used this facility on and off for many years. It has always been good with friendly staff. I started using them again two months ago due to my move and downsizing and I have nothing but great experience. Their online system and app is so easy to use. The place is so clean. Nice AC inside hallways. But most of all the facility manager Jeff is truly a great guy. I think the best part in going to the storage to move things around is to see Jeff and say him to him. He is always smiling. He is always working and maintaining the place. Such as an amazing guy. He is the big difference in this place and I am hoping the company takes good care of him. It's so hard to find people like Jeff today with a great attitude and amazing work ethics.

Just recently closed out to move out of state after having a unit here for 2+ years. I had a great experience with this place.
The facility itself is kept very clean, and felt 100% secure and reliable. The on-site manager, Jeff, is exceptionally helpful & honest.
He was always willing to help with any questions, from when I first set things up until assisting me in closing out my units when I left.
I would absolutely recommend for indoor storage needs.

A tucked away gem just down from Fred Meyer's at NE 116th and 120th Ave NE. Personnel is great - and James is amazing! Happy to go above and beyond to help, smile on his face no matter what and very professional. Units are clean, seem to be very safe, and easy to get to. I highly recommend using the app - it makes it so easy to access the entry and the elevator (I use the biometric fingerprint). I highly recommend Public Storage on NE 116th.
