Loved the friendliness here, James works multiple shifts but still was super helpful and cheerful about everything. Super good deal and showed me around the facility no problem. Loved it.

James at the public storage Kirkland just went above and beyond helping me after misplacing our keys! He made sure I was able to gain entry ASAP. James is wonderful to deal with and always goes the extra mile for customers. I highly recommend this place!

I've thought about leaving Public Storage a few times due to the constant rate hikes. I eventually decided to stay because I've developed a good relationship with James at the Kirkland location. He's an awesome guy - always helpful and willing to resolve any issues I had. He's the reason I continue to give my business to Public Storage!
