Scott is absolutely wonderful! The first day I met him, he noticed that my lock was different than the others and immediately changed it to make sure my stuff was safe in my unit. It's super safe there all the time when I would go over. If you have the pleasure to meet this man, you know firsthand your valuables are safe in the unit. He is so kind, responsible and always around to help with whatever necessary. This is the best storage unit place I've ever been to!!!!!!!!!

I recently moved my grandma and needed some extra space last minute. James was absolutely incredible helping me get set up with a unit after I struggled with technically difficulties. He went way above and beyond to ensure I had same day access to the unit even going as far as driving from another location to meet me at the 724 8th st storage location. Thank you so much James! You are the hero of our move!

Do not trust prices. Terrible management. They jacked up monthly rent by more than 50% after moving in 4 months ago. They have no problem taking advantage of you after you spend time moving things in.
