My husband and I were I town visiting. We were headed to a Kraken game, and we were in search of Orca towns to take advantage of the public transportation. We walked to the QFC, and we were able to get Orca cards from the service counter. The lady at the service desk was super kind and patient, and even let the guy in front of us pay for his purchase with pennies. We grabbed some delish sushi for lunch on the way out!

Racist treatment:At 3:15 pm today, I was at the QFC of Kirkland 11224 NE 124th Street, My daughter and I were at the self-checkout when the machine started saying that help was on the way, there were 9 items listed in the box and exactly 9 items inside the bag, the market attendant came, put her face inside my bag, checked that everything was ok, and instead of just giving us access, she started saying that we were trying to put two products in at the same time, that wasn't true, because she herself said everything was fine, there were more people on the way back and she was trying to embarrass us She stayed behind us the whole time as if we were going to rob the market, I was so embarrassed that I left my shopping there and left with my daughter!Do you know how many times a week I go to QFC to shop? At least 3 times a WEEK, I never stole anything, I work and pay for everything I buy, I am deeply disappointed with your and I work and pay for everything I buy, I am deeply disappointed with your attendant and the market for not providing guidance to your employees, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with this treatment, All my purchases stayed there, and I will never go back to that market! You guys are racist!

Very nice store, they try to have some local food and not just Kroger food . They are the best for import food amongst Safeway, Albertsons, & Fred Meyer. Best wine too!

I’ve been shopping with QFC SINCE 1993 everywhere from Des Moines to Kirkland! I was the only African in the store at 5 in the morning and what a relieve it was to not have to experience the TRAUMA Of being racially profiled. Great job QFC

Went in to get a sandwich, person in front of me had ordered a sandwich and I asked to have one made after his were done. I asked her to use his sheet since it looked good but she refused and said I need to fill out my own. Then proceeded to help someone else after I had been waiting for 5-10 minutes. Bad service will not be back.

I went to this store to buy some steaks for dinner. As I got closer to the meat counter I noticed that there was a terrible smell of meat that had gone off! I spoke to a lady standing next to me and she told me she noticed it too. Several times I have had to return pork chops as they were bad and that same lady told me she had had the same experience. I turned around, left the store and went to Safeway. Needless to day I will not going back!

I like being able to get in and out if QFC quickly. Depending on the store, it can either be small and rather lacking in specialty stuff or a bigger one that can fill all your needs. And you get Fred Meyer fuel points, too! Always clean. If you want a fun excursion, go to the QFC on Dravis just south of the Ballard bridge. It's crazy small, like teeny weeny hobbit sized, and it's amazing to see how much product they can get on the shelves.

My daughter and I traveled from California to visit Washington. Our favorite store here was QFC because of the selection and especially the giant bouquets of flowers. On yesterday's visit we were purchasing flowers to bring to a host of the gathering we were attending and also a friend of mine. Bobbie was the florist and she was so incredibly loving, kind, and helpful. She made it a point to get to know us and it was wonderful spending even just a few minutes talking with her. So grateful to have interactions with people who are genuine and take time to care about others, especially these days, Thank you Bobbie! Hope to see you again!

Every time I go here I leave more disappointed than last time, usually because of the employees, but tonight I was next door and needed something for dinner. I went to the deli and saw tenders for 1.99 a pound; good deal, makes an easy salad ingredient. I requested 6 tenders, the guy asked twice how many, then took a surprisingly long time to get ready and I noticed he had printed two labels before even touching the tongs. He scooped 5 into a bag and then told me to wait because the 5 were a special deal. Ok, cool. I get a 6th small/average tender in a plastic box. Wasteful, but OK and he's working alone so I'm not inclined to take his time away further. The "deal" for 5 tenders was 8.99. How does that make any sense? I weighed the bag when I got home and it was 18.8 oz (1.175 pound) without taring the bag, so I paid around $7.65 per pound! I might not have been so annoyed, but snacking on the single tender on the drive home I noticed that it confirmed the price was 1.99 per pound. So long story short, is it really so hard to train your employees properly and how to USE THE SCALES TO WEIGH THINGS SOLD BY WEIGHT?

My home store here on the hill for decades. Reminds me of the TV show. Cheers- everybody wants to go where everybody knows your name. Family atmosphere at incredible prices and selections
