Huh. Interesting i'm not the only one experiencing this same issue.
My scheduled appointment was also for 7:40am. I was told to be here 10 minutes early. Their posted hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm
It's 7:43 and their office is still dark. Based on the other reviews, this seems typical. Incredibly unprofessional for someplace I'm gonna trust sticking needles in my body. Not hanging around. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

What a terrible experience. I had an appointment scheduled for me at this place on Saturday and arrived at 11. They made me wait until 11:45 just to tell me that they don’t have an order for me and they don’t know exactly why I’m there even though I received several email notifications from them. Such a waste of my time. The associate Steven did not even care about the fact that I waited so long or try to help even a bit. Asked me to call my employer on Saturday. At the end as I was leaving, he told me “Good luck to you.”

My appointment was at 7:40 a.m. I waited outside the locked office until 8:00, then decided to leave. At 8:05, I saw someone in black scrubs go by, so followed them back in, and it was the phlebotomist. She was very brusque and mumbled something about an accident. She seemed very tense during the appointment, and was cursing under her breath about the way other employees had left the materials in the room. To add insult to injury, when trying to check in the machine refused to let me, just kept scolding me that I was more than 10 minutes late and would have to reschedule, even though I wasn't the one who was late. Overall, it was a miserable experience. I'll l be using a different lab in the future.

I had an appt. I show up at the scheduled time, and the door is locked and the lights are off. Double and triple checked I had the time and location correct. Their phone number just goes to some automated message, no way to talk to a human. Is this even a functioning business?

Quest no showed my appointment. A few of us with scheduled and confirmed appointments were waiting outside and the office was dark and locked.

Had a lab draw this morning with Jess and it was quick and painless! I needed 13 vials of blood for a specific test and Jess was able to get it all in only one poke. I have incredibly small veins so Jess was a lifesaver! Can’t recommend her enough.

Their email to fax printing was broken. Instead of telling me to bring a copy of my lab order with me for my appointment or any sort of info besides "show up at your time" I drove half an hour and was told there was nothing they could do so I had to leave

I had a great experience here! The phlebotomist was professional as well as personable. Although I realize some days are busier than others, today, there was no wait time at all. So maybe I was lucky. Even so, the location is so convenient that I could have done some grocery shopping while waiting.

I have gone to LabCorp for years, but have been frustrated with them recently. This was my first experience with Quest Diagnostics and I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. It was easy to find and get to inside the Safeway on 85th. Check in was easy, and I could see on the tv screen exactly where I was in line. The technician was efficient, competent, and friendly. A task that had taken the staff at LabCorp at least 20-30 minutes at my last blood draw was done in 5 minutes at Quest. I definitely plan to use this location again.

The bar code scanner was broken. By the time we were able to get checked in, the person said we were too late for our appointment and wouldn’t see us. This after a half hour drive.

My visit with Dr. Tamra was excellent. She was polite, comfortable and efficient, and provided excellent customer service during my blood draw. Very appreciative of her work and her focus on her quality of work.

The person who drew the blood was extremely rude and she didn't do it well. Got a sore arm after that. Have never had that after blood draws
