Well when I first saw the store I thought it was cute, classy, and appeared to be very professional. I put a brand new pair of Jimmy Choo Boots for sale there. It seemed extremely high in price, but I figured by the looks of the place they knew what they were doing. They had very strict rules when it comes to getting paid. You have to contact store prior to the tenth of the month to see if your item has sold. Now if it has you need to contact a manager and request a check that will be delivered to the store on the 16th of the month only. I completed all the necessary requirements and drove all the way to Bellevue, WA from Arlington just to be told the owner went on vacation and there were no checks delievered today. The most important thing I would think is keeping the merchants happy. Nope.. Set aside until the owner returns from vacation. I am so not happy, mostly disappoointed their lack of professionalism. You created the rules and you couldnt even follow your policy. I did. Im not paid, you are, and I have no idea when I will be getting paid?

I've been shopping at this store for over 20 years and it's a sweet place with really nice designer clothing. However, they always have about 4 really, really overly perfumed candles burning at one time as well as 3 strong scent diffusers. I usually have try to get out of there before I get a headache. I was recently at a bookclub where 4 of the women there said they can't shop there anymore because they get headaches from the scent or they have to wear masks to make it through a shopping session.

I’ve been going here for years, I bought my prom dress here, and I love this store and the owner, it’s a Kirkland staple. Usually, the saleswomen are lovely, and the selection is good. Recently, one of the saleswomen made a snide remark over my mother’s plus size figure, but we let it slide due to our love for this place. I decided to give some clothing for consignment today and when I asked why she didn’t take some pieces, the saleswoman who evaluated the clothing talked to me in a demeaning manner as if to imply I had no concept of fashion or understanding of designer labels. I do truly believe in this store, its quality, and I recommend people visit it. Still, I think some training on professionalism within the staff is necessary.

I've been going to that store for years, I like the things it sells, but when you see so many branded things, sometimes you think, are they original? Logically you have to ask, lately the new sellers they despots, I bought a Luis Vuitton chain and I asked them if it was original she responded (Of course we never accept fake things) hmm ok I thought and bought it even knowing that it was a chain that had scratches and I thought that because of the price and because it was second-hand it was fair when I bought it, at that time my daughter was with me and she told me, mom, that chain is too expensive to be second-hand because you don't check online to see if it was really a good one. buys. and well I did it, I checked online at that same moment and oh my surprise is that the chain is cheaper online new and with a guarantee, I searched in all the existing online stores and they were less than the price they sold it to me more expensive second-hand and damaged, I spoke with the store and the only response from a saleswoman was here everything is final sale and the manager is not there, so she took my information to see if the manager calls me again and until now she has never contacted me speak. I only recommend that if you are going to buy something second-hand and brand name, you look first because sometimes the prices are exaggerated. On the other hand, I'll be careful to shop at thrift stores and check prices online first. ( same price bad purchase) ?online price $480/Store price $548.

I've shopped this consignment store for years and it is the best. Always has great inventory with a lot of style selection for my college age daughters and me. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and honest. We love supporting local, sustainable businesses. Well done Ragamoffyns!

My first time shopping this consignment store. I wasn't aware it was consignment at first because it is so well curated, very boutique-like. I was surprised to find affordable designer pieces and just all-around great pricing and selection. Great discovery.

I love to shop here! There are great deals on designer apparel, and their inventory is never out of season. I always recommend Ragamoffyn’s to friends who love fashion and love to shop.

I came here based on the great reviews. I said hi as I walked in- she didn't give me the time of day. Followed me around like I was going to steal something. Asked questions about purchasing some items. Blew me off. I was ready to buy! I wanted to purchase a new Louis Vuitton but was treated so poorly/ literally like I wasn't worth being in the store. Snobbish- rude and unhelping. Will never go back. Too bad. I had just gotten a substantial bonus and was ready to buy.

They had a good selection & prices were very reasonable. Way cheaper than GOODWILL who now charges as much money as a retail store with new merchandise.

Has a nice mix of higher end (e.g. Chanel, Bally) and mid tier (brands carried at Nordstrom). Well organized and a clean (but not stuffy, literally and figuratively) storeGot a pair of classic of Ferragamo pumps for under $100 in good condition. Can't wait to come back

Ragamoffyn's is such a pleasant experience that I go purposefully out of my way to shop here. Today, I walked out with a Patagonia light zip up jacket and a Bernardo's moto leather jacket. I get cute stuff, the store sells me cute stuff, the consigner gets some money back for their beautiful pieces. Win win win! Faith (associate) and Jennifer (manager) are complete delights to work with, and they patiently helped as I tried on everything from Theory, to Armani, to Prada, to St. John, to Burberry. Their selection is excellent and the quality is truly superior to any consignment store I've ever been to. Prices are more than reasonable for luxury, high-quality goods. If I ever wanted to consign my things, I'd take it here over any online consignment website, any day. Winner winner chicken dinner!!!

Those working here can sometimes (ahem always) be a bit icy, but Katie was friendly, warm, and I really enjoyed chatting with her while I was perusing the lovely items in this store. She's a huge asset to the customer experience here!

The store carries great stuff but all the designer handbags that I looked at and wanted were sooooooooooooo overpriced. I mean come on, it's second hand not brand new! And every piece that I saw was almost the EXACT same price as if you would have walked into the retail store and bought it brand new! I don't know what it is nowadays with all these secondhand stores and thrift stores but it's like they have all forgotten that the merchandise they have, came to them, USED BY ANOTHER PERSON OR EVEN PERSONS.... USED DOES NOT EQUAL BRAND NEW!!! And so the price should reflect that! Maybe I'm wrong and maybe I'm the only one who thinks this but I doubt it! And I don't know about Ragomuffyns but several of the thrift stores I go to regularly, I know they get the stuff they sell for free and/or is donated to them. So I just don't understand why the outrageous prices, it's just crazy how expensive these stores are and the profit they must be making is an unbelievably impressive amount I'm sure!!
