Home of the Lemon!!!! Bought 2 cars from I m here, first one lasted less than a week before the oil sending unit quit. Then after throwing a fit the main manager had to get involved to get us out of that car. Then the 2nd car, they pushed the warranty and then when the wheel bearing went out after 2 years. The service department said the warranty was invalid. Won't fix and are quit smug at relaying the information.
Don't waste your time. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had!!!

I realize most dealerships are using security tracking systems on their cars, but the $800 should really be added to the online price of the vehicle if they are not willing to remove this from the sale of a vehicle. This is a deceptive online marketing technique. Other dealerships are willing to negotiate, this dealership is not. I bought a used Honda Odyssey from Rairdon Suburu and was told that it had just been serviced and all of the work was completed on the car. I understand it’s a used car and I’m on my own for repairs. However the service due light was on when I drove the car off of the lot. I asked if they would do an oil change since the light was on when I left the dealership. (Most likely the sales person turned this off before I bought it or just a huge coincidence the light happened to come on immediately after taking possession) An oil change is not a big cost and after spending thousands of dollars I was thinking it would be a courtesy that the dealership would be happy to do. But they refused. Also, this car is making a noise in the drivers side rear wheel that I’m sure I will have to address in the near future. I didn’t ask them to fix this. I am disappointed in my purchase. The sales tactics and customer service is reprehensible. Needless to say I will never be back and would never recommend to anyone.

I wanted to buy a car, but the car dealership didn’t act nicely. The first one arrived, but the car was sold to another owner👎

My grandson just bought a challenger from them the price was fair but they are very predatory on the interest rate he had a 690 credit rating and should have gotten 7% interest and they charged him 12.03% which added another $5,000 on the loan on the car which was very very wrong, he also told them he didn't want over a $350 month payment and they made the payment come out to $694. Being a first time buyer they took total advantage of him and his enthusiasm they should be ashamed of themselves for such bad business behavior.

Once you purchase the vehicle and drive off the lot all customer service terminates. They sold me a vehicle where they claimed had gone into the shop and an oil leak was not found.Less than 2000 miles of driving and my car alerted me low oil. I had reached out to them to see if they could assist and was left with slow super delayed generic responses from my salesperson. I had reached out via there website to connect with a manager and again was never reached out too. The mananger that assisted with this sale had transferred to their Everett location. The second issue that I had was that this car came with one key/fob. When the battery died quickly after taking ownership I found out that the physical key would not open the door or even work with the glove box lock.I reached out many times to have a conversation to see if they would do right by me as the customer but was left with deaf ears.I would absolutely not recommend buying a vehicle from them or any of their many locations. Just google "Rairdon" they have many unless your buying new with a warranty definitely avoid.

Friendly staff! I came in clueless about what car I wanted but was quickly educated and pointed in the right direction about which car can be best suited for me. I would especially like to thank Victor for taking the time to educate me and giving me numerous options that I can afford!

Service Department Experience: Long wait times, and service advisors who lack empathy, and "care" in their communications. My vehicle is not starting, and I had to wait a month for an appointment. Don't even think about dropping that vehicle that won't start off in hopes they fix it .., because they will charge you $50/day. A new vehicle under warranty that won't start and you get charged $50 a day storage fee...not great

i scheduled an appointment for a check engine light for a saturday morning. When i arrived, they said they do not have mechanics in to perform the service. I thought maybe their system should have caught that i scheduled a mechanic appointment 2 weeks in advance-but no. Things like this happen so i rescheduled for a 3:30pm appointment on a friday. I showed up and they said they do not rundiagnostics this late. Gave up and went to chucks in shoreline and was taken care of there.

Still have not received the reimbursement for my tires that they have been promising me for months. It's always "We'll get back to you" and then I never hear from them again. I have to keep filing complaints with the BBB just to get them to even respond to me. Probably have to get an attorney and file in small claims court.

I had a very scary situation after getting my service done from this place. My family’s and main life was at stake.I would never recommend this place for car service to anyone. I need to talk to a general manager, but they kept saying he will call back to me and never getting a call back.I had been reaching out to themAfter the service me and my wife was returning back to our home, and I was just 0.6 miles away from the service center and my brakes failed completely, I was unable to apply break, and got so scared, and clueless, how do I stop my car and in that panic I end up applying 'hand break' to stop my car at the curb. I got down to see what's wrong and observed that all 'Lug Nuts' were missing from the front driving side tire and the tire was half out of my car. This was the major blunder from the service mechanic team. After that, I called my Car insurance team to tow my car back to the "Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland" service center. Because, my car was not in driving condition, as all 'Lug Nuts' were missing from the tire. This incident could have been much bigger and life threatening event, if we would be on a free way, because, all of subbed my break failed, and I was not able to apply brakes, as the tire came out of socket. This could have been a major injury to someone else on the road as well. We got so scared with this incident

Whoever did the oil change tightened the oil pan bolt so tight that it's impossible to take it off without destroying the bolt. What a joke!

Don't Ever Come. They are dishonest swindlers who don't keep promises and their words. Regrets on the agreement even signing all the paperwork, wasted my time. It's a joke and wasted my time. I brought my car to the store to make an appraisal. They looked through the entire car and gave me an offer. I agreed on the price they gave and we made an agreement. I signed all the documents that they told me to sign with them together and they said they will pay me the money on the next day. After a few hours we finished all the paperwork and I left the store, they called me saying that they decided not to buy my car. Wasted my time and everything. They don't keep their promises. They regret on the words they said. How can you regret on the offer you gave and we made a deal even I signed all the paperwork? When you sell or buy things, you can't act in bad faith. Can't believe they regrets on their own offer and regrets buying my car after I already signed all the papers. They can't even keep their promises and words even we signed all the paperwork and made an agreement. Don't ever come and waste your time here.

Please save yourself time and money and find a different place to buy a car. I can't recommend this company to even my enemy. Their Sumner location is a hot mess. The different departments do not communicate with each other well, and the customer ends up getting neglected and mistreated. I bought a used car that ended up having a blown head gasket. The check engine light came on within the first 24 hours of having it. They made me feel like it was my fault for buying a used car and offered to sell me a newer car instead. The whole thing felt very slimey and I was treated rudely. After fighting for a refund, I did get one eventually, but I ended up spending quite a bit more in gas/missing work/insurance. I submitted a claim with the Attorney General and am now waiting for a response from the business. I don't expect them to respond, as the manager has replied to my many emails with phone calls when I am at work, even though I had let him know I was not available for phone calls during certain times of the day.
