Still have not received the reimbursement for my tires that they have been promising me for months. It's always "We'll get back to you" and then I never hear from them again. I have to keep filing complaints with the BBB just to get them to even respond to me. Probably have to get an attorney and file in small claims court.

My experience was nothing less than AMAZING! The staff were compassionate, friendly , courteous friendly and very informative!! The issue was resolved the same day. I have to give SPECIAL MENTION TO GREG THE SERVICE MANAGER, ALYSSA HAYNES AND A SPECIAL MENTION TO ELLIE for spending time with me for the better part of the day and making me feel comfortable and reassuring me all will go well:) Staying humble and kind is what I experienced with the staff at Riordan Jeep Chrysler Ram in Kirkland. Highly recommend their store for your next vehicle and ask for Ellie. You won't be disappointed she's an awesome individual

Nice staff, would have benefitted with awareness of past service performed. I had a brake flush and bleed about a year ago and did not need it this time. The whole appt didn't take too long, service was a tad pricey though. I appreciate the online details of my visit, pretty cool.

The sales team was fantastic. They went to great lengths to find the exact Jeep that fit my needs, which happened to be located over 400 miles away. Regardless, the sales associate I worked with drove all day to pick it up so that I was able to take ownership the next day. Amazing!!

Good service and parts department, never had any issues dealing with the guys in either, if it was just them - 5 stars. Bought some parts for my car, had oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.. A lot of the time they were able to get me in on a short notice, and most of the time I only had to wait about an hour and a half for the service to be done.Now, sales side of the business - I'd stay away from them. I know all car salesmen are kind of slimy, but I did not enjoy my interactions with sales here in particular.

Made an appointment for a recall part on my Jeep. I drove from West Seattle for this appointment. Once I arrived I went inside where I was told the part needs to be ordered. Could take two weeks to two months to get in. I left. A note to the service dept. Please have the part before someone comes in for service. It’s fairly simple and convenient for us owners. Thx.

They have done a wonderful job of take full advantage of my Mopar warranty 2 days before it expired and kept my Renegade in top working order. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by their fast, efficient and kind service reps.

Don’t Ever Come. They are dishonest swindlers who don’t keep promises and their words. Regrets on the agreement even signing all the paperwork, wasted my time.It’s a joke and wasted my time. I brought my car to the store to make an appraisal. They looked through the entire car and gave me an offer. I agreed on the price they gave and we made an agreement. I signed all the documents that they told me to sign with them together and they said they will pay me the money on the next day. After a few hours we finished all the paperwork and I left the store, they called me saying that they decided not to buy my car. Wasted my time and everything.They don’t keep their promises. They regret on the words they said. How can you regret on the offer you gave and we made a deal even I signed all the paperwork? When you sell or buy things, you can't act in bad faith. Can’t believe they regrets on their own offer and regrets buying my car after I already signed all the papers.They can’t even keep their promises and words even we signed all the paperwork and made an agreement. Don’t ever come and waste your time here.

I went to go get some information and test drive some cars. Everything went fine with the test drive. I ended up testing 2 cars. I liked them both but did not want to make a decision yet. We went in to go over the numbers and was never actually told the price of the car. I told the salesman I wasn’t looking to commit to anything today. After that he continued to ask how he could make the deal better. I told him the deal was fine I just didn’t want to commit to anything yet I was still looking around. I told this to him about 6 times before he finally just looked at me and said do you even like the car? In a very irritated tone. After that I started to get uncomfortable and should’ve just left. But he went to get the floor manager who kept offering us more “cash back”. And just gave up once I kept declining his offers. They can’t take no for an answer and will keep pushing to the point where you feel uncomfortable. I went to a few other dealerships that day and did not have this type of experience. I will not be buying my next car from here.

Great experience! They helped us showing all the options we have, and the numbers were actually great. Not only that, they let us know that the option we selected was not the ideal according to our needs and decided to pick another one the next day. Thank you Alma and Israel!

I have engaged with Rairdon's Jeep service department twice now and have been super satisfied with the expertise in their knowledge, timing, and service. I worked with Nate both times, and he seems to be a genuine person who makes myself and my Jeep Renegade feel well taken care of. I will definitely be going back to their service department.

Terrible experience from when I walked into the show room tell I walked away.... I called about a truck and tried to negotiate over the phone before driving the 2 hours to look and and purchase the truck, the salesman said there's room to work on the price but we negotiate in person (fair enough) so I drove the 2 hours to the dealer did the test drive ect. Sat down to work numbers and they said the advertised price is the best they could do and they are actually loosing money selling it at that price. Oh but it gets better the guy comes back after trying to work a deal and says we actually can't sell the vehicle because there's an active recall on it. Why would you work a deal with someone and waste my time and money if you can't even sell the truck, oh but don't worry they could get me into something else. I wouldn't let anyone I know buy from them!!! STAY AWAY!!

Everything was great, I dropped in for an oil change that was not scheduled so I knew there would be a line. I usually do this but arrive when they open. This time I arrived around 9:30am. The initial estimated wait time was 2 hours. Ended up being 3 1/2 hours but the customer service was timely when letting me know it would take longer. They were also very apologetic about the extended wait time. I understood and I was glad I planned for that, I was able to use their waiting room to get work done on my laptop. Great free WiFi, awesome free coffee/espresso, quiet area for work to be done.
