I'm on my first day of Relief Factor after weeks of knee pain and a bone-on-bone assessment from my ortho doctor. I really hope this helps. Starting with 3 packets a day.... Fingers crossed. I'll give a review in 3 weeks

Relief Factor has dramatically alleviated my scoliosis induced pain in lower back. I have been exercising every other day, but eliminating white processed sugar is the most important factor in keeping inflammation under management. Relief Factor also drives anti-inflammation, so together I feel like a younger person.
