I was harassed for no reason. I shop at the Juanita safeway 2 to 3 times a week. Today the checkout girl was hovering over me. She was pulling items out of my bags saying I didn't ring them up. I said show me what I didn't ring up and she said you bought two of this item and I showed her that the screen showed 2. She just kept on with each item I rung up even though she was standing a foot away watching. I paid for every item and she just kept hounding me. It was so rude and embarrassing as the store was packed. I finally asked for a manager and when she came over, she said what am I supposed to do about it. I was like okay. Guess it's time to find a new place to shop. I spent 200 and was harassed the entire time. Unacceptable

My uncle and I decided to do a late night grocery run to get things for a birthday party for the next day, which included some spiked beverages but my uncle was declined by the night crew because I wasn't of age? But I wasn't the person purchasing these items. Keep in mind I'm not even 16 and my uncle is in his mid 20's. Real professionals here...

I was there the other day and I watched as 2 customers asked management two remove a 4-foot iguana from the store that was in Safeway store in Juanita Kirkland area store being handed back and forth between two other customers. it took management over fifteen minutes to approach those other customers and their iguana and have the iguana removed. 1 customer left with it, other customer stayed and shopped. how did it make it past the front door? thank god I was there to see and become aware. what else do they let walk through the door and touch my food?if the Safeway team are so concerned with shrink/theft/things leaving the store, shouldn't they be concerned with customer safety and health of paying customers? ... iguanas carry salmonella so every item including the produce that those iguana carrying customers touched was possibly contaminated with salmonella. and with that knowledge I left and hope to never return. ewww. p.s. did some quick info look up and found out in USA 50k + cases annually of humans being infected with salmonella due to reptiles. Maybe some of those cases this year and in the past due to Safeway letting reptiles in their store???

If I could give 0 star, I would. I scheduled a COVID vaccine appointment for my son with Safeway, checked in and waited in the room for 10min before someone came in and said "we don't have any COVID shots". We were not given any notifications ahead of time, also not told when we checked in. What. waste of time and no one was apolgetic about it.

I went to pick-up my grocery order and no one answered my call. Since it snowed I didn't park in the pick-up area because it was layered with snow and ice and didn't feel it was safe for me or the employees to load the groceries. I walked in to tell them I was there since my call wasn't answered and let them know where I parked. I was greeted by Naz, she was very helpful and said she would have my items out for me shortly. She was very kind and walked my items out. I noticed I was missing a lot of items and walked back in. Naz was VERY helpful and supportive of the issue. I appreciated her help,?patience and ability to stay calm. Thank Naz for making a difficult situation easier!

Carol the cashier manager is racist. So sad to see employees work with her. I guess why they are so understaffed is because no one wants to work with her old ugly grumpy a*** The man looking white lady the floral manager is racist asf too plus lazy. I ask for a bouquet to be made and tell me why she looked me up and down rolled her eyes and said "what kind of colors do you want I guess you can't afford the roses" what b**** in the right mind would say that to someone. That b**** deserves to be fired right after carol does. F*** this Safeway

We bought two Nike gift cards from Safeway. When we tried to use them, there was only a couple cents. We called customer service, they asked us to contact the police. The Nike customer service found the transactions, and where the package was delivered. But they did not want to tell us.

The service was sooooo slow :( takes ages for us to get our car . Be cognizant when they inspect ur vehicle . The guy missed out some scratches etc . We had to call back and send him . Otherwise , the price of vehicles is good and it's convenient spot to pick .. very nicely located in Bellevue .. overall an average experience!

The employees at this particular store are amazing! I'm not one for big chains/corporations but I am speaking just on the employees here, they deal with a lot and are amazing through it all!

I bought $300 amazon gift card from this store. I found out that the gift card that i bought was tampered. What happened was very frustrating and disappointing. I had seen the store manager, called their support and sent pictures of my receipt and gift card. If you will buy a gift card from this store, make sure that you check all corners of your gift card, make sure that it is fully sealed. Make sure that you check the bar code if it is fixed and fully attached to the gift card inside, make sure that you have the safeway receipt and the gift card receipt. I talked to the manager and i am not sure if i should be happy or disappointed by the help that she had extended to me. She helped me find out if there are more cards like mine in the store. But she said that i should not be stressing about it! She probably said that because she is not the one with the missing $300! But i really hope that she will try her best to prevent this from happening ever again! And I do hope that Safeway investigates this and make sure that this will not happen to anyone else ever again. Please be vigilant with whatever you are buying

This is one of the worst Safeways I have been in. Every time I go in there the checkers are all slow, look like they can't stand being there, half the time don't even greet you or say a word. God help you if you get Kafka as your checker, she is the slowest and least pleasant and alway over bags things so they are too heavy. I would choose another lane if I see her, but most the time there is only 1 or 2 lanes open. There is never anyone at the customer service desk, even when there's many people waiting. Yet there can be 2 or 3 employees just chatting while they see everyone standing there. The self check out is just as bad. They did add more lines, however god forbid you have a age restricted item. You will wait 15 min for the person to check your ID, cause there usually to busy chatting and doing their job.

My go to Safeway! They're always well stocked and have plenty of lanes open for the self checkout. However the deli can be slow and the workers behind the counter aren't always paying attention to who is actually next.

Got 2 baked Chicken for $5 each on Monday m. I thought that i was getting a deal. The worker at Safeway who bagged the pieces for me chose the driest, smallest and oldest pieces and gave them to me with a poker smily face. This was the dinner for my 4 daughters which went all in the trash. I got some romaine cucumbers and prepared them a healthy salad that was supposed to be on the side with some protein. I am very disappointed with my experience. I am shocked that the Management at Safeway would train their workers to give the oldest pieces to customers! I will never buy chicken from their hot food station anymore.
