I work in healthcare so I understand pharmacies deal with high demand and difficult people which is why I'm not giving this a 1 star. However, I can't get someone to answer the phone or take my call at this location to save my life. I always am immediately put on hold. I've made 4 attempts to talk to someone today. One of the times I tried calling, whoever answered didn't say anything and they immediately hung up the phone. I have a medication that requires I contact them to fill and I can't even do that, so now I have to physically go there so I can talk to someone and likely not even be able to pick it up today.

After a terrible experience at the Walgreens in Kirkland, I went to Safeway Pharmacy. The staff person there, Brook, was kind and made sure I had the correct medications to help me feel better. I will go there from now on. Thank you Safeway Pharmacy!

I have noticed that this particular Safeway Pharmacy sells the medication containers for $7. So if your medication is higher in price it is because they put it in a different kind of a yellow little plastic container. I will attach the picture of two different containers. The round one cost $7 more than the taller one.

Jacob was really helpful with filling my scrip today.
I've also had issues getting my Adderall scrip filled because of the national shortage. None of which is the pharmacy staff's fault. Both times the people I spoke to on the phone took the time to explain the issue and recommended other pharmacies or routes of acquiring my medication.

I don't know how this pharmacy department is functioning. This is one of the worst set of people I have ever interacted with. I came in for covid vaccine yesterday and then they made me wait 30 minutes past my appointment. When I inquired about the wait time the pharmacist was really rude and behaving like she is the only one with work. I got let for my next appointment so I skipped the vaccine.I got a new appointment today and I went in at my time and then they said that it's going to take at least 1 hour of wait time because there was some leak. And no matter what time I come in I will have to wait.Never coming back to this pharmacy again

While a few of the pharmacists here are pleasant, unfortunately too many are terribly rude. They talk down to you, and argue, then after going around in circles, they finally acknowledge what you've been saying all along. Also was told order would be ready by 3p. I arrive at 715p and they say they have nothing. Been thinking about changing pharmacies for a while and will be doing so ASAP

The pharmacist and pharmacy techs chat with each other while there are 5 people waiting in line. They simply just don’t care about customer service.

Horrible place to get your prescription , my doctor sent them atleast 5 hrs ago and they still don't have it. And this is my 2nd times happened like that. When I called them they told me that they ready in 2 hrs.

Hi, this pharmacy has Terry, she is very nice, I needed wegovy and she said, in site of wegovy you can find coupon, I found it, and it saved me $225. Without her, I had to pay a lot. Thanks for that, Terry. She is very helpful, organized, and nice. If you go there, find Terry!
