I don't know how this pharmacy department is functioning. This is one of the worst set of people I have ever interacted with. I came in for covid vaccine yesterday and then they made me wait 30 minutes past my appointment. When I inquired about the wait time the pharmacist was really rude and behaving like she is the only one with work. I got let for my next appointment so I skipped the vaccine.I got a new appointment today and I went in at my time and then they said that it's going to take at least 1 hour of wait time because there was some leak. And no matter what time I come in I will have to wait.Never coming back to this pharmacy again

While a few of the pharmacists here are pleasant, unfortunately too many are terribly rude. They talk down to you, and argue, then after going around in circles, they finally acknowledge what you've been saying all along. Also was told order would be ready by 3p. I arrive at 715p and they say they have nothing. Been thinking about changing pharmacies for a while and will be doing so ASAP

The pharmacist and pharmacy techs chat with each other while there are 5 people waiting in line. They simply just don’t care about customer service.

Horrible place to get your prescription , my doctor sent them atleast 5 hrs ago and they still don't have it. And this is my 2nd times happened like that. When I called them they told me that they ready in 2 hrs.

Hi, this pharmacy has Terry, she is very nice, I needed wegovy and she said, in site of wegovy you can find coupon, I found it, and it saved me $225. Without her, I had to pay a lot. Thanks for that, Terry. She is very helpful, organized, and nice. If you go there, find Terry!

Have been refilling my medication here for years because the supermarket is convenient but the customer service keeps getting worse and worst. im switching to another pharmacy

Always a very long line and only one people there help with the order. We order a medicine in the morning and called the pharmacy to make sure it is ready. We were told it will be ready by noon. Then we try to pick up later the day around 3 pm, we were told there is no such medicine available today. We waited around 30 minutes in the line. No calls or text to inform us about such missing medicine. Have to switch to another pharmacy.

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL FEMALE PHARMACIST RAISED HER VOICE BY TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO GET IN A MAIN LINE (prescription pick up sign line)TO DROP MY PRESCRIPTION WHEN I STOPPED BY THE SIGN (prescription drop line)I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW FOR WHAT REASON THEY HAVE MORE THAN ONE SIGN ?THIS PHARMACIST IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPLEASANT. I WILL NEVER COMEBACK UNLESS SHE IS GONE.

Very disorganized, I was 4th in line but it took over an hour to get to the counter only to find out they had messed up and it was not ready and I would have to wait another 30 minutes. This was not the only time that we have had to wait a long time just to pick up!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had at any Safeway Pharmacy. I had arrived 30 minutes early for my vaccination appointment, waited in line until I realized the check in for vaccines is at a different window. I moved to that window 5 minuted prior to my appointment time. The rude female pharmacist condescendingly told me that my appointment had been cancelled. Excuse me? I had to take time off from work to go to this appointment. I did not receive any email regarding the cancellation. The only email I received was a reminder of my appointment in the morning of the appointment. She reluctantly checked me in and then ordered, “go sit in a chair and wait 15 minutes” like I am a 3-year old while she went to the back to continue restocking her shelves. People make appointments for a reason. It wasn’t my fault that the appointment got cancelled for no reason, so she should not have acted like she is doing me a huge favor. One advice to this rude lady, if you don’t like your job or dealing with customers, you shouldn’t be working there!

Just a Turtle world. Older ladies asked me to come back in an hour to get Covid kits and noted that it might not even be covered by insurance. Jeez people. Even I can tell off the top of my head what insurance covers Covid kits. It’s like basic math and Apparently it is taking an entire 60 min for some people to run it through insurance lol so I drove to rite aid and got the kits on a spot. A guy there even run my insurance over the phone in a few seconds. Safeway is the most useless store in this country. Not only they don’t sell quality brands, organic food but also their pharmacy is on turtle time ..

The worst pharmacy around. I have never waited less than 15 minutes to pick up a prescription. There has to be a better way to serve customers in a timely manner. They aren't friendly and I just need to find another pharmacy. I hate doing that since it is so close to home but feel that it is the only resolution.

My family and I have been coming to this pharmacy for 15+ years. They've always treated us well and are really helpful.True, there can be long wait times, but it's also one of the more popular pharmacies in the area. Considering how busy they are, and the focus given to each individual,they actually get you through the line pretty quickly.

Almost always good customer service but just recently I've had a very frustrating time trying to pick up my prescription.I dropped off my prescription on a Thursday and was told it would be ready in an hour or I could come back the next day.So I came back Friday.Again I was told I could wait an hour or come back Monday.I waited an hour and came back.Was told they wouldn't have it in stock until Monday.I come back Monday and I'm told they are getting it ready and it'll be 20-30 minutes.Why all the run-around?? Why couldn't they have just told me on *Thursday* they wouldn't have it til Monday? And why couldn't it have already been ready for me to pick up and me not have to wait even longer? The amount of time I wasted just standing in the Safeway Pharmacy line over the last few days was ridiculous and unnecessary.

Pharmacist was mean and condescending. I'm eligible for a Covid booster shot, given that I'm immunocompromised, but she started going on how she thought other people deserved it more. I've never dealt with someone this unprofessional.
