Been taking my pup here for over a year sometimes all week and sometimes just once a week. She is always worn out afterwards which is what we need in our busy lifestyles.I work long hours and sometimes can be stressful to pick her up on time before 7 so I do wish they had later hours but if I am late the staff doesn’t make an issue out of it.Time is important to me and the staff I feel recognize my car and even my work vehicle passing by and know my pup is about to be picked up and already has her ready before I even get to the door. The staff and the experience my pup has makes me feel like they are all part of my family even if I don’t have the time to show it and it’s very much appreciated! In over a year I have zero complaints so thank you Scampers for all you do!

An incredible amount of barking goes on from 6am to 7pm daily and often later. No dog barks that much and that long that is relaxed and content. Really awful business that is only about profit and zero about care. Any dog owner that subjects their dog to Scampers is a cruel and despicable excuse of a human being!!

My little Norman yelps in excitement every time we are driving there. A+ for happy pup. My little dude loves this place.

My grand-dog LOVES this place. He usually doesn't like people that much until he gets to know and like them. He loves Scampers people. He gets all excited when we get to the front door and I can hardly get the leash off him before he is at the door to see the other dogs. Since I am old and he is 4, he needs extra exercise. Thank goodness for Scampers.

My dog loves it here. He was so tired the day we picked him up. We all know tired dog = happy parents :) I took one star off because they increased their price (overnight $80) and it is too high for me. I wish they had a little bit more reasonable pricing or at least some options that could bring the price a little down.

Dorothy LOVES Scampers. You can tell when a dog loves a place if she tears off running down the hallway at drop off without looking back, and by the wiggling butt and tail when she sees all of her human and pup friends there. Every time I pick her up she is lights out (as seen above) for hours I have used both their daycare and boarding services for several months now and they have been great. You get a report card for each day they are boarded, as well as report cards for daycare stays, and there is plenty of love and playtime for the dogs everyday too.

Pretty great and prices and deals are good. Our dog comes home tired on most days which is what we need. There have been days when our dog doesn't seem to want to come back (in my own experiences at child daycare, it's not always a perfect day and unforeseen things happen) but most days he's pretty excited to come.

Don't bring your dogs here. Exceptionally rude customer service. After spending easily 20k here i'm blown away at how rude their staff is to customers. Also they don't know how to handle dogs. My dog had her head yanked through a crate door because they reached in and dragged her through. When I tried to talk to them about it the owner refused to let me speak and just got incredibly defensive. We came here for 3 years. 2 1/2 we were told our dog is wonderful and behaves so well, then they changed their staff and all of a sudden my dog was treated badly and were told it's her behaviour. Meanwhile they send home report cards that say no incident. Also staff straight up say "you shouldn't bring your dogs here". I would avoid this place like the plague. There's plenty of other places that we've brought our dog without incident. Really went downhill last 6 months.

My dog goes here at least once a week. I've had no issues, process is easy, flexible and straight forward. Employees seem to build connections which is nice. It's exactly what I expect of a dog daycare, and that's enough.

I won't bring my dog back to this location. For this Scampers, the Kirkland location, I think my dog's boarding experience could have been better. The building smells like dog and maybe mildew to begin with but, my dog and his bedding came back smelling much worse than the building. My dog and his bedding smelled like mold. I had to bathe him myself that day. I ended up replacing the bedding entirely. Staff knows that locations smells but I'm not sure if they'll do anything about it. My dog also had tons of knotted hair under his ears plus ear infections in both ears, worse than he typically gets from wet ears. It's like he just went to bed wet. I noticed that my white retriever's hair was green and brown under the ears while I cut out all the knotted hair. The tip of one of his claws was missing and he was bleeding. I noticed blood when I first got him in my car after picking him up. They didn't notice any of these issues or if they did, they didn't feel the need to include them in the daily report cards. Ultimately, he came back smelling like mold, with a bleeding claw, ear infections, and knotted hair and his bedding too dirty to keep inside. I had to wash him myself the day of pickup, take him to the vet the following day for more than $250 which included treatment for his ears that I continue for more than a week, and purchase new bedding. The vet said he can't walk on cement for a week or so in order for his claw to heal properly. Until then, I am to treat his claw with antibiotic ointment and his ears with two antimicrobial solutions. (also, you can smell one women's armpits from the entryway)

My dog Riker Mox is a relatively new camper but she absolutely LOVES daycare. As soon as we pull up to the building her tail is going crazy and she doesn't waste any time even telling me goodbye, lol! If she is there for a full day she comes home extremely tired and I can tell she had a full day of fun (pictured below, her falling asleep after pickup!). When I drop her off, the staff knows her name and are all excited to see her. They do an amazing job! I know that she is in good hands with Scamper's team. ❤️

DO NOT GO HERE! AVOID IT! My friend brought his puppy there a year ago, and only found that the puppy's paw was wounded when picked up. The people told him that it was because the puppy was too energetic. Last week, he decided to give them another chance, but this time, the puppy ended up wounding much worse. All paws were WOUNDED and INFECTED. He had to take the puppy to ER twice and spent $$$$. If you care about your dog, AVOID them!!
