All employees are so nice!! The shopping experience eas so fun and sm to choose from in a big space! It was quiet and you can tell employees here are very fond of one another by how they talk!

Very clean and neat store, which is not easy for a makeup store with testers. Staff is always helpful and friendly, even when they're really busy. Whenever I ask for something specific they know exactly where it is. Good selection of brands I like

I personally like this location over the Bellevue sq one, Bellevue is super crowded sometimes while this Kirkland location is great to try out and purchase items with ease. Our stylist Meena was amazing, she helped us pick Merit perfume - absolutely love the fragrance and patiently answered questions, helped us with the checkout from her phone while the checkout queue was long! Highly recommend speaking with stylists at this store they are very personable, welcoming and make sure you choose the right product that suits you!

I went to the store to get my birthday gift and it was later than a month and naturally they declined. So I tried getting the gift I want with my boyfriend's account who was present in the store with me, he also has an active account that he uses to make purchases for me. The lady at the checkout started being so weirdly suspicious like it was a huge deal getting a birthday gift or something. She left other customers mid check out to verify the birthday 3 times, one of the other employees who was helping me out subtly tried to make me say the birthday ( she was trying to verbally confirm that what I said matched with the account) . I felt so weirded out, I just took my gift and left without purchasing anything. I then took my business to the Bellevue store, the staff there is excellent, it took me meeting these people to realise this.

The employees at this location are so snotty—-I understand their job pays minimum but Sephora still pay you to do your job and if you think customers are annoying, then level up yourself and go to school! This girl standing by the front door does nothing but stand there without saying a thing but gives you a snotty look. C’mon Im sure Sephora did not give you that job for their money to pay you….

I love location because it's a stand alone and not as bougie and stuck up as the one in Bellevue, and not as ghetto as the one inside Khol's.

While I normally love not being hounded by employees constantly on me at retail establishments, this experience Sephora was the complete opposite. After a bored "welcome in", it was difficult to find an employee who was interested in helping. They either steered the other way when we walked close (looking at displays) or simply ignored customers altogether. One young she/her did step up and assisted us at the end of our visit with getting a small sample of makeup remover. The store seemed clean and organized similarly to any other Sephora. Parking in the shopping area can be hard to come by on weekends, but our visit on a Monday made for easy parking and a quick walk to Sephora as well as other businesses in the square.

Terrible store with unprofessional cashiers. We bought a gift card for 50 dollars, in the end the cashier took the money, but the balance on the card was 0! There are all the supporting documents, a receipt and a bank statement that the payment went through, but the money just disappeared from the gift card!
No one from Sephora wanted to help us solve this problem (we spent 40 minutes in the store, and then 30 minutes on the calls with customer service with zero result), so finally tricky cashier just stole our money!

Great store with lots of awesome brands and deals. There was a pack of approximately 12 year Olds about 10 strong running through the store causing chaos and misusing the testers of many items making them unusable. This is in no way the fault of the store but I wish corporate would enable the employees to do something about this internet trend/problem

Thank you Meena for helping me find what I need. The specific brand I was looking for wasn't in stock so she helped me find one that fulfilled my need. I'm not very good at picking foundation so she helped pick the right one for my skin. It all came together great.
