This location lacks customer service skills I’ve never been helped once any time I have shopped here; I also experienced a staff member watch me struggle to open a door with a baby in hand and bag in other and just sat and watched while she was doing nothing and it was not busy in the store. I also noticed my hair product, specifically Moroccan oil shampoo is ~60% full. Not sure if that’s a manufacture issue but not impressed for how much the product is. Will not be returning to this location.

I love shopping at this store! The employees are always so kind and helpful every time I’ve been here. Special shout out to the wonderful people working there today that helped me pick out an entirely new makeup routine!

First time in a Sephora. There's a ton of stuff in there. And brands like MAC. and Anastasia, Burberry. Loved the store, employees were a little rude thoAnd there was one long line for the register. I'd go back if I'm in the area. I think it takes more than one trip to judge employees at a business. (:

Fantastic customer service,today I was greeted walking in and given great advice of skin care, the guy that took care of me went above and beyond and gave me great recommendations and I never fell push like i have before in other stores,if they had more stars I would give moreDon’t know how they have some 1 stars reviews,Will visit this store again even tho I live in Bellevue

I am very upset, the lady who helped me was very rude, indifferent, she did not give me a refund for a cream that I bought, I had never dyed, problems with this store, they should not have workers like her.

Service is just not great here. Pearla was unhelpful and rude when I was trying to return something. Julia had to be convinced to help me select a few items. Was a very weird customer service experience at this location. Usually Sephora stores are so customer centric.

I'm not sure what happened here, but the last 3 times I've stopped in, they've consistently been out of various products, or don't carry products sold in their sample bags. I stopped by last week to pick up a few essentials, and I noticed an entire wall near the registers was empty. Maybe they were changing out the display..or maybe they're just running low on keeping things in stock..There's also a lot of staff milling around, but again, the last 3 times I've stepped in, I didn't get help and when I wandered around to get help, staff just were no where to be found. Each time, the register had to call for staff to look for something because I wasn't sure where to find it. I also don't know why I'm not offered any samples using my points. I know I have points because I check it online. It's not a big deal, but customer service kind of dipped in this area, whereas they used to tell you how many points you have so you can choose a free item (or they'd still tell you, even if you didn't have enough).

Stock is limited, well staffed but almost none of the beauty advisors wanted to do anything but stand around and talk to each other. Good location to get in and out, but don't expect the same experience you would have at say, Bellevue Square.

I recently visited Sephora, and unfortunately, my experience was not very pleasant. When I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence, which was disappointing. As I was looking around the store, I noticed that four employees were standing around on their phones, which made me feel like they weren't interested in helping customers.I was hoping to get some advice on skincare, but the lack of attention from the staff made me feel discouraged. I ended up leaving the store without making a purchase, which was a shame as I was excited to try some new products. Overall, I was completely disappointed with my visit to Sephora, and I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.

I love this store...It has Dyson hairdryer to try it on..I haven't seen many stores which have Dyson hair dryers to try before buying..also this shop is in the shopping hub of Totem lake which itself has very amazing vibe.

Came to pick up an online order & I asked the lady (black glasses and black hair) in the register if there was any way I could get my order sooner. I commute further. Placed my order at 3:30 and normally says 2hr pick up but it was 5:20 she said my order was not ready. I said it’s just a shampoo and she said yes it’s not ready. I asked her so I have to wait 20 mins? She said yea.I find it so ridiculous. Do we have to prepare the shampoo????? I worked in customer service & was always flexible with getting orders if someone needed it sooner. I also understand the understaffing issue but I found this so ridiculous Last time coming here for orders! Also thnx for making me wait. :^)

For years I've been hoping a Sephora would open up in this area, so this place feels like a blessing! Compared to other Sephora locations, this one feels a lot more "open" ambience wise, and there's lots of space to move around. Some other locations feel a bit cramped and crowded so sometimes it feels like a struggle to shop over other clients. But at this location, there's always lots of room and staffing who are eager to provide help (even though 99% of the time I don't need it - I still appreciate it as an ex-employee). I do notice that they greet every single client and treat each one with a friendly demeanor. Which is HUGE for someone who may feel intimidated about coming in. Sephora should feel like a safe place where all can learn about beauty, and I believe this location provides that with grace. Great job!

This is an exceptional location for customer service. Every time I come in, they are super helpful and informative. This is definitely my go-to Sephora store.
