Dated infrastructure.
The air compressor was unavailable since the shop ran out of tokens.
Other gas stations use credit card readers instead to avoid such issues.

Hi I am a regular customer at shel in Kirkland
There is a wonderful woman her name Eva works there. She always welcome me with a smile. And the wonderful attitude and personality. She is so nice and respect.
The store always sparkly clean. I drove far away, sometimes just to come to see her and Put gas or buy something it’s hard to find people with the attitude like that early in the morning

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience at your Kirkland location. I’ve been a regular customer, and I am consistently impressed by the excellent service provided at this station.
One employee, in particular, Eva, stands out for her incredible kindness and professionalism. She always greets me with a warm smile and makes every visit a pleasant experience. Her customer service is truly exceptional, and it’s clear she cares about the customers and the atmosphere she helps create.
Additionally, I must commend you on the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the station. It’s always well-kept, and I can tell a lot of attention is paid to the details, which makes a huge difference.

Extremely Poor and pathetic Customer service. The Old guy told me to leave at 8:55 and said we close at 10:00. I don’t know why he is so Rude, came out of the counter and almost attacked me while I was in the store for less than 5 minutes. Business owner should take this guy into their Notice. Very Bad for the Business and local Community.

This place sucks. It's randomly closed with a back in 5 minutes sign on a regular basis and they are never back anywhere near that amount of time. Best to pretend this place doesn't exist and go to the next station.

Gas is more expensive than surrounding stations and they try to charge $2 for a "token" to fill your tires.

Stupid lady (cashier) wouldn’t take a hundred for 45$ off gas. Her excuse was that they got robbed today. Shouldn’t have gave them the money for my change then. Stand up for yourself next time. Smh
