Every time I try to use my Kroger/QFC/Fred Meyer card here it never works. So I need to go in. It still is a challenge and they want me to pick an amount. It's a close location, but I am done with their problems.

The actual price at the pump is $1 more per gallon than the price displayed prominently on the station billboard. I'm amazed they haven't been sued for false advertising

The “low price@ on the board is misleading. It’s only for cash. The actual price is about 60c a gallon more. It took me a long time to realize that and meantime I was happy that I was paying less. I have to say, this is false advertising. Also, the free car wash with 8 gallon is not great. They give a super basic version that barely washes your car. I will not return.

I just came in to fill up my work vehicle I figured I would get something to snack on and my cashier Gopy was so helpful and so nice answered all my question and even went above and beyond and helped me out alot if he hasn't already I would highly suggest giving this man a raise or promoting him to a leadership role he definitely is an asset to your team here at shell

It seems to be a trend going around gas stations and quickie markets on the east side and that’s that they are not marking prices on the vast majority of their products and when you bring that product up to the cash register they will make up a price based on how much they think you can pay. It’s pretty scam and it’s definitely keeping me from buying anything but gas at these places.

There are certain things that violate social norms.
Leaving a review of a gas station is one of them. Absolutely unhinged thing to do.
But you know what else violates the social contract? Lying about the price of gas.
I'm somewhat accustomed to a different cash price being promoted, usually within 10 or 20 cents of the actual price.
But whatever strained, mendacious calculation they are performing here, pricing in the cost of a free car wash that most people aren't getting and everyone is paying for, is a straight up lie. And they know it. And they got me.
Also, they blast obnoxious video ads on their gas pump screens.
I'm in this area a lot, and I will never be going back here. I write this in the hopes that others will avoid this place until it closes.

Friendly staff especially Mr.Singh. he is accommodating.The convenience store is fully stocked with things you like, and need.I would only come back here to shop for other stuff , not for Gas .except in emergency, or if i am really low on gas.Gas prices here are way too expensive., and is considered a rip off price.Diffinetly not coming here for their car wash , and for sure not for their free Vacuum.I used this car wash , Unfortunately it is a terrible car wash. It does horrible job, plus it will damage your car. You still have to manually finish clean the rest of the car some how.Please avoid this car wash.. you will end up with damages to your car, that they will not pay for it.I highly don't recommend using this car wash for any one that cares about their cars, or who has a nice expensive luxury car.This car wash will destroy your car wipers, side mirrors, paint, emploms, ETC...Then the free vacuum. It is barely sucking( vacuuming)the slightest, and lightest weight dust. It will only do good job sucking & vacuuming the patience, and your good mood out of you, So please don't get excited about the idea :(Gas, & wash& Vacuum)It is only an idea that no one in the management is making sure the customers are getting quality product, or their money worth, or what the customers paid for, or what they advertise for. It is a complete waste of customers good money, and customers time, plus you end up with damages to your car.So I feel the car wash here is a rip-off .Please Go to Brown Bear car wash in Redmond .You will see clearly the difference in quality of car wash for even a cheaper price

Friendly staff. Car wash is an awesome benefit. As a rideshare driver, it's always great to k no ow I can stop in and have the car gassed, washed and cleaned out in one convenient location. And there's always paper towel! Thanks guys!

The service and the people that work here are rude and dismissive. Did look at you like you are bothering them. On another occasion, I asked the cashier about purchasing a car wash. After being rude and finally completing the purchase, I go to the car wash only to find out that it's closed. I go back and ask him if the car wash will be opening soon, and he just simply says no. No more talking after that.

If it is would be possible to give a zero or negative rating I would. Simply put -- terrible place and the people behind the counter are disrespectful and could care less about their customer base. Have lived in the area my entire life and done a lot of business there but once Eric and his family sold, it went down hill fast. Went in the other day for a paid car wash after filling up (was in a hurry and paid the gouging prices) -- only to find the car wash wasn't fully operational. Had to back out and go in for assistance twice, only to be told the wash was "just fine" -- while only a portion of the vehicle was washed. Guy tried to make it sound like it was my problem -- and when I asked for a refund, he denied the request. Never again! I hate putting companies on blast because I do think most business owners are trying hard to do the right thing and be reliable and dependable -- BUT not this guy! Drive on by and hit the folks at Juanita Firs 76 station on 100th! They always appreciate your business and show it!
