Nicholas was amazing and extremely knowledgeable of the various products offered at sleep number. In addition, he was personable and wanted to understand our needs to help us find the best mattress.
There were no pushy sales tactics and instead was someone who genuinely cared about helping us.

Made a purchase of a sleep number mattress from this store. The mattress that was delivered was defective (sides caved in). They acknowledge it but asked that I complete the install and wait two days before concluding it was defective. I waited and reached out to them. I was provided a help line to reach. You will need to wait upward of 20 mins to reach a person to talk to. Then was placed on hold and transferred to another person. Was told they would ship some additional supplies for fixing the issue and then schedule an install after two weeks. Asked for a replacement instead and they require you cover additional cost. Was totally frustrated with the experience and asked for a return. Was told that would cost me 300 dollars return fee. One of the worst experience after spending nearly an hour on the phone. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, you will be better off for it.

Dave was great and very helpful. I'm having back surgery soon and he was very understanding and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The whole process with financing was a breeze and he made sure to tell us about all the deals and specials. We cannot wait for our new bed to arrive! Oh and the pillows are a game changer!

Visited the store to learn about the Sleep Number products. Woyu was a terrific representative, giving a full tour with great pacing, inputs, and attitude. Top-notch store with staff to match.
