I stopped by Universal Auto Sales & Finance yesterday for their Black Friday deals, and the experience was honestly incredible. Even with how busy the day was, the staff kept everything organized, welcoming, and stress-free. Even on such a busy day, Ardie took the time to answer all my questions, help me compare options, and make sure I was getting the best deal possible. There was zero pressure, just great service and genuine guidance. Ardie went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I genuinely wanted to share my experience because it was that good. From the moment I walked in, the team at Universal Auto Sales & Finance made everything simple and straightforward. They answered every question honestly, didn’t try to push anything on me, and gave me the space to make my own decisions.

I bought a car six weeks ago from Ardie at Universal Auto Sales & Finance. You gotta wait a while to make sure you didn't buy a lemon before writing a review. :-)
Far from it, the 2008 Honda Civic (135K miles) that we bought for our kid was a steal at the price, and six weeks later is still running like a new car. It was delivered to us impeccably clean and fully serviced. I have a great deal of confidence in Ardie's integrity as well as his eye for good cars. As others have said, a rare gem in the world of used vehicles. Strongly recommend and will buy from him again myself.

Dealing with Ardie was a pleasure. He came in on his day off to show me the vehicle I wanted to see. The price was great and he was beyond helpful. Just not quite the vehicle that suited my needs at the time. I would definitely recommend, the friendliness and willingness to help was far beyond normal customer service nowadays.

I’ve bought and sold a lot of cars in my day. In fact, I bought 3 cars from this very lot when it was Eastside Auto. So when I rolled up to the lot and met Ardie I was instantly drawn back to how cool this lot is in downtown Kirkland of all places. You have to have good, clean cars in Kirkland, otherwise just pack it up. Ardie is a good guy, he tells it like it is, and that’s rare in the used car game. Ardie is my new used car guy for sure. And yeah, I went ahead and bought my 4th car from this lot.

After months of frustration trying to find a car, I was honestly about to give up. Private sellers came off as sketchy, and big dealerships kept pushing me toward newer, more expensive cars I neither wanted nor could afford. It was exhausting. Then I found Universal Auto online, and it did not disappoint. I purchased a 2010 teal Honda CR-V from them in June with 150,000 miles on it, and I absolutely love it. I recently had it checked by a trusted mechanic and they confirmed I bought a solid, reliable car. Working with Ardie was such a relief. He was kind, welcoming, and most importantly, not pushy or insincere. He wasn’t one of those typical slick salesmen trying to fast-talk you into a deal. He made the whole process smooth, low-pressure, and genuinely comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Ardie again or recommend him to family and friends.

I can't recommend Arddie at Universal Auto enough. I bought a 2009 Subaru Forester a month ago and the car has been running incredibley smooth. The car had a long service history, Arddie topped off all the fuel levels, and made the whole process seamless.
