Coffee: 4.5/5Vibe: 2.5/5Service:5/5I recently visited Kirkland Bakery and had a pleasant experience. The mocha I tried was excellent, easily one of the better coffees I've tasted in the greater Seattle area. My friend also felt it was among the top coffees around.The pastries were a highlight of our visit. I particularly recommend the Danish cheese fruit - it was delicious. The staff were friendly, contributing to the overall nice vibe of the place. While the decor might seem a bit old, it doesn't take away from the bakery's appeal.They offer a good variety of treats, from pastries and cakes to sandwiches and crepes. I heard their croissants are very tasty, but unfortunately, they were sold out when I visited, which I think speaks to their popularity.An interesting observation was a group of girls at a nearby table enjoying a whole cake, exclaiming, "It's so good!" Their enjoyment was quite evident and added to our positive experience.Overall, Kirkland Bakery is a nice spot to visit if you're in the area and looking for some good coffee and pastries.

I have been a customer of the French bakery for nearly 15 years, and I have happy to hear recently that Frederic (the original owner) is doing well and the now "Kirkland Bakery" is still run by the same family.

This place clearly states services animals are allowed, but as soon as I stepped in, someone at the register immediately assumed my dog was not service registered in the state. Told me that they can't have animals inside because it's an open kitchen. I asked about service animals, but instead of asking me for my registration card, she said that a previous customer called about a dog inside and that my dog couldn't stay. I don't mind if someone is straight up with me and ask me for my documentation, which I'm glad to show. But not even asking when I bring up S.A , I know myself and my dog may not look the part, but please don't judge me based on my appearance. This review is strictly reflected on my experience with this particular person assuming my dog was not a service animal and not asking for registration. Does not reflect food or anything else.

Super clean, super friendly, and quality well made pastries with a selection of savory and sweet. Our Tesla add this bakery when we asked for bakery nearby, and now we will make it a frequent stop. Super nice staff!

The only bakery in Kirkland to get viennoiserie. For that, can't complain. They should switch their coffee supplier though. There are much better local coffee roasters.

Waited for half an hour for my croque madame, only for it to be served cold. So I asked them to warm it up…the lady took it back and returned it still cold, but on a new plate ?

First time trying this bakery out. Didn't disappoint. Best quiche I've ever had. The cashier was pleasant and friendly. The service was quick, and the place is clean. Plenty of seating, with some window seats! Overall I give this place a 5/5 rating. I have been converted to a regular.
