I had my first hair cut at the Shop yesterday. Great customer service. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. Alicia the Hair Stylist did a great job cutting my hair and she was a pleasure to talk too. The place was so crowded with lots of energy. Great location. A walking distance from my condo. I think that I have finally found a barbershop that I can stick with.

I called up 45 minutes before they closed to to get a haircut for my wedding. The place has a great vibe, and they did a great job fitting me in when other places might have wanted to close for the day. Highly recommend!

They always manage to squeeze you in for appointments and have done so well on my hair every time I go. I have long thick straight hair and they have cut and baliaged it many times and each time it's great.

I've been getting my haircut here for the past few years and have been consistently happy with their work, regardless of who cuts my hair. But more important than that, my wife is also consistently happy with my haircuts from The Shop, too!

I've been going to Alicia at The Shop since she was at Juanita. Always a really fun experience. I'd have to say how impressed I've been by the way Olivia greets people and makes you feel like royalty. As long as I've got hair, the Shop has my business :)

I am very dissatisfied with my hair stylist. She was very dry & did not have the greatest customer service.
I told her to cut just a little bit of my hair & proceeded with cutting TOO much off. She clearly seen I was unhappy with my hair cut & did nothing to accommodate me or the price.
DO NOT GO HERE.

Reylene is Magic. This was my 2nd haircut with her and it's even better than the 1st one, which was really good too!
Price: Worth it! I've been back in this general area for 11 years & this is the best!

I had a trim by Aly today and she did awesome! It’s a super fun place with a great, family friendly atmosphere. My husband hung out with our baby while I had my haircut. Very affordable and very friendly people.

They have a "no appointments" sign but you can call in and reserve a specific stylist at a specific time. The phone reservations take priority over people actually waiting on the shop. This increases the wait time in the shop. The "no appointments" sign is misleading.
Haircut was meh.
To the owner's response - a phone reservation is an appointment. Therefore you can't claim to be no appointments.

I’ve been going to The Shop for over 10 years now. Always ask for Kim for hair coloring! She’s amazing, and always does what you’re looking to do. I’ve also seen a few other stylist like Kathy etc. Never had a bad experience.
It’s a busy salon. They don’t take appointments but you can call in ahead to lock in the time you’re planning to come in.

Linda, who cut my hair was amazing. She did a fantastic job and was incredibly kind.
Walked in on Saturday morning - no wait. Would recommend booking an appointment ahead of time, nonetheless.
