One of the honest dealerships. My 23 year old 4runner had a check engine light, needed the timing belt and water pump done, and had a failing battery. I had James as an advisor and he didn’t try and upsell me on anything. Just what was necessary. He was cordial, communicative, and knowledgeable about my vehicle. They could have easily took me to the cleaners on the check engine light but it turned out to be a faulty gas cap which they replaced at no labor cost. They also gave me a deal on the labor for the idler pulley and belt while already in the area. The technician, Gordon, did great work and my truck is running like new. Big thanks to both of them and the young lady that helped set up my rental car. She was extremely thorough on the walk around. I will always come back here for major services and perhaps a new truck in the future.

We went in to see and buy a pre-owned vehicle we saw on their website. Hayden was our sales associate, and what a GREAT guy he is!! Hayden was kind, pleasant, friendly, honest, helpful, very patient, thorough and and knowledgeable. He was the PERFECT sales associate! We got a great car at a great price, with the deal structured to our satisfaction. If you go to Toyota of Kirkland, you'll be very pleased, and I suggest you ask for Hayden, too!!

This was my first time at Toyota of Kirkland. I was scheduled for my 15,000 mile free service. The scheduling was quick and easy on line, I got in that day. The service was about 1.5 hours and was quick.I only have 1 comment. Usually after service at other Toyota dealership I would get a free car was and vacuum after service. That would have been a nice touch!

Extremely disappointed with this Toyota branch. I got my 30k service yesterday and they replaced my cabin air filters with thinnest and lowest quality one. Not only that, they also broke the air filter lid and left it like that. This morning I could not close my glove box, opened it later to find this. Not only they are lowering the bar on maintenance they’re also putting customer safety in jeopardy.

Sam was my advisor for mt service appointment. He was very informative and I felt confident in making my own choices for my car. I didn't feel pressured or taken advantage of, although I know very minimal about cars. I was contacted regarding any decision needed, that was not discussed during drop off. I would highly recommend this Toyota dealership to all of my friends.

Excellent service experience! I don’t normally take my truck in to the shop and prefer to do repairs on my own so wasn’t sure what to expect. Dustin and the Toyota Service team were AMAZING, super helpful, fast and kept me updated the whole time being sure to check in before anything changed with the plan. They didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs and everyone was super friendly. I can’t recommend them enough, and will definitely be back for future repairs (or a new truck)

My husband and I are 66 and 56 respectively and he buys a new vehicle every 2 to 3 years. Toyota of Kirkland and particularly Robert R. and Rashad, as well as the older gentleman in the finance department, allowed us to have the best customer service experience in our long lives! From the initial email, to the phone calls and the purchase; a went easy and quickly and the price was actually less than what we were initially told. It was a great deal with very friendly yet HONEST people! We will definitely be back.

11/7 Update *** as you can see in the comments Kirkland Toyota acted all nice and said to email them so they can solve this issue. Their comment was 6 days ago my email to them was 6 days ago. They have not emailed me or offered ANY solutions!!! They are liars and thieves DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANY OF THIER WARRANTIES!!! I couldn't be more disappointed with the unprofessional experience I endured at Toyota of Kirkland. I will share with you the details of my warranty experience (not the other bad parts). DO NOT BUY ANY OF THIER WARRANTIES!!!! BEWARE!!! (details and photos attached)The sales associate recommended I paid extra for their two additional add on warranties for my brand new 2022 Black Nightshade Avalon Hybrid XSE. I declined not once, twice, but five times I declined the warranty offer before seeing the finance manager James.The exact language used for the warranty promise from Tommy and James was that the warranty covers everything bumper to bumper. The tires, the rims, the seats in the car. Specific language used "a past customer had all thief seats replaced, the warrant company reupholstered the entire interior at no cost to the customer" - "Guaranteed". I just spoke with the warranty company (purchased a 7 year warranty in June 2022) Their warrant covers ONLY weather damage no scratches, no paint chips, no dings, no exterior damage to tires or rims ONLY weather damage like acid rain, bird poop, fading from the sun OR sap from a tree. When I asked them if they would replace my seats from damage or reupholster them they said they only pay for a deep cleaning they do not replace upholstery.After telling Tommy NO to the warranties 5 times. I saw James and James would not let me leave or continue my purchase without adding on the $3,000 warranties. Claiming it's a hybrid you need this and it covers all your needs. ITS ALL A LIE they are Salespeople taking you to the Bank. STAY AWAY and Do NOT BUY HERE.My new Toyota Avalon paint job is worth nothing. The paint scratches and chips and peels with the scratch of a nail. You can see the pictures. DO NOT BUY A NEW AVALON or Any Toyota for that matter.All the easy scratches and chips of paint are captured on photo here. I couldn't be more disappointed in a cheap car salesperson experience robbing people at ballpoint.My car is not old, I'm not hard on my cars and the value of my vehicle will drop so much faster then what i owe on it. I may be in contact with the Attorney General for damages leading to a suit -

I reached out for information and received a response from David P., who was very responsive and helpful. I was working during the negotiation process and he responded to every question I had and arranged out meetings via email before I ever had to come in- which was an extreme help to me considering I didn’t have the time to come in countless times. He helped search for other cars when the one I initially sought out was no longer available, and even came in on his off day to allow me to test drive and finalize a sale on the car I ended up choosing. He was friendly and straightforward which made the process as smooth as possible, and I would definitely recommend him!

I've been regularly going for service since I owned my car about 7 years ago, and this was by far the best experience I've had with them. Alex helped me get my car serviced and replace my wiper blades (which I asked for last time but never got it done) to prepare for winter weather. He also went over what they did, and explained thoroughly what I needed to do next and why, being very honest and definitely not upselling. I am very pleased that he took his time to explain things, and also feel my car was very well taken care of.

I have gone to Toyota of Kirkland for both fixing a Sienna and my Matrix. Service has not met expectations:1) Brought in my Sienna to have the alternator replaced. The car was delivered to me at the end of the day. The next day every time I started my car or turned a corner I heard a clunking sound. I brought it back to them to investigate. They forgot to bolt the engine back down. It was vibrating in the engine compartment.2) On Saturday, I brought my matrix in because the engine light was on. They investigated and told me it was a flush valve issue. They needed to order the parts so I came back in to pick up the car. After paying they were supposed to deliver the car to me. I waited 10 minutes then asked what was the status on my car. They told me that they would find out. 10 minutes later they told me the service agent locked my keys in their desk and they couldn't find him. 10 minutes later they said the agent was coming back with my keys as he had them on him. 10 minutes later they told me they failed to put the car back together again so I could drive it home. 10 minutes later they told me that the extra key on my key chain was because they locked my keys in the car. (50 minutes to pick up my car!)3) I brought my matrix back on Monday to have both the flush valve replaced and the oil gasket replaced. I was very clear about fixing both. When I picked up the car at the end of the day I found out that they only fixed the flush valve and not the oil gasket. They had forgotten to fix it.4) I brought my matix back on Tuesday to have the oil gasket replaced. I picked up the car at the end of the day.5) On Thursday the check engine light appeared again. I asked to bring it in for inspection. They said to come in next Monday.6) On Monday I drop the car off at 7AM. I call them at 12PM because I hadn't heard from them and left a message. At 2PM I get a return call stating they need the car overnight because the person working on the car had to go to class and they didn't get a chance to determine the issue. (WTF?) The only saving grace is I have a loaner.Toyota of Kirkland, your service department needs new management who insists on higher standards. Their service team is a mess. I have been lied to and inconvenienced by sub par service. They need significant training. I will not bring my cars back to you until I hear they have improved. No customer should have to endure this mess.

I went with a friend there to check out their cars. Honestly we weren't planning to buy one there but just to explore. We already had our eyes on AUDI. It was Saturday evening time, we headed to Toyota of Kirkland and were greeted by Steffan ar door. We shared our interest what we are looking in a car. He was patient, explained everything with so clarity and the pitch and conversation was so good it felt like he wasn't even trying to be a salesman while trying to sell the car. so impressed and we kind of said our terms he shared his terms and we finalized the deal. In a week we got our car delivered. Would recommend Steffan highly.

After trying many different dealerships/brokers, Sid and his team at TOYOTA OF KIRKLAND were able to deliver a low production/ high demand vehicle at a great price. The process was transparent and straightforward, and they were extremely respectful of my valuable time throughout the process. Highly recommend!

The service department took our car right in and spent a good deal of time trying to diagnose the problem (engine surging and hesitating and missing intermittently). They test drove the car and tested everything with their test equipment. They did not diagnose the problem—yet—but told us to come back for further testing if the problem recurs. The printed report we got detailed all the test results and test drive results clearly. I hope the problem doesn’t recur and leave us stranded at the side of the road. But if it does recur, we’re going back to Toyota of Kirkland. I’m confident that they’ll take good care of us.
