Why won't ever do business with Uhaul again. We reserved a 20' truck for pickup at this location 3 weeks ago. Now the day before our move they call to tell us that they don't have our truck and that we'll have to go to New Castle to pick it up. 30+ miles and an hour+ out of our way. How do they compensate us for this? By throwing on 30 *free* miles. Not only are we out time but we're now responsible for almost an extra half a tank of gas on this thing and they don't care! They've had 3 weeks to prepare for this reservation, instead they screwed us over the day before our move.

This location was extremely helpful. They were able to fix all the other problems at the Redmond location created.Only thing I would recommend is making sure you reach out to your customers via a telephone call if you guys are going to change any reservations, trucks, locations or anything. Not to send out automated text messages for matters like that.

They didn't have the truck I reserved, never mind the reservation confirmation they sent me. The kid at the desk explained that the confirmations aren't really confirmations, and that I could find that in a disclaimer somewhere in the fine print on their website. It was moving day and I counted on them to give me a truck, and they didn't. You can't depend on these guys.

Fantastic customer service. I called the uhaul down the street and had a horrible experience. I called this uhaul and spoke with Jose, he took the time to explain the entire process to me and worked with me on the delivery and return time of the vehicle.
