Absolutely unacceptable experience at this UPS store on August 6th. I came in right before closing to ship a valuable package, and the staff member named, Indigo, was shockingly rude and unprofessional from start to finish.
While packing, she dropped my item on the floor without offering even a simple apology. When I politely said I’d like to stay and watch the packing process—because the item was expensive—I added, “I hope you don’t mind.” Her response? In a cold voice, she said, “I do mind.” Seriously?
From then on, she gave me attitude the entire time, deliberately making loud noises with the packing paper, and throwing me nasty looks. Her behavior was passive-aggressive and completely inappropriate for someone working in customer service.
This is hands down the worst UPS store I’ve ever been to. I will never come back, and I strongly urge others to avoid this location. If you value your time, money, and respect—go somewhere else.

I get the negative reviews now!
The guy behind the counter didn’t listen, spoke rudely and acted like he was doing me a favor. I run a small business. We would NEVER speak to a customer this way. Will take my business elsewhere.
The negative reviews of this store surprise me. I have been using this store for years. Sure, it gets busy during the holidays but I've only ever experienced great customer service. In one great experience, the staff was extraordinarily patient with me when I got flustered with four confusing Amazon returns. I encourage everyone to give this store another shot. It would be a shame to lose a helpful small business because of one challenging employee.

Staff at this location are completely fine but they are a franchise so can do absolutely nothing when UPS messes up. UPS is an unreliable service - charge 150% more for 2-day air but then it arrives at the same time because they literally forgot to scan it as 2-day. Absolute waste of money, just stick with USPS. Half the price and no bullshit option of 2-day that doesn't seemingly even exist.

If there was a way to give negative review I would. I like UPS and have used many services over the past 8 years but the employees in this store are unhelpful and strive to make things difficult for you and are tremendously rude. Never going to this location again.

Always had great and prompt service here. Them being open until 4 on Sunday has saved me a few times. Not sure why others are rating the location low.
