Sooo, honestly, I have tried to love this branch because it’s convenient. However, every time I have come here to conduct business matters it takes at least 30min. Even just to cash a check.. Theres only 1 teller ALWAYS and there’s no general sense of urgency from the entire staff. Sorry for the ⭐️ ⭐️ review US Bank- please do better for your customers.

My mom was at this bank for 30 years. She is 83 yo now and was 2 days late on depositing money for an auto pay. She now has mobility issues so it was hard for her to get to the bank.It was the first time she has ever been short funds. She has never bounced a check. They refused to wave the fee for her being two days late.Think think of that a 30-year client who's a senior who has never once bounced a check they decided it was worth losing her to keep the $30 fee. Crazy!

I misplaced my debit card and needed to deposit a little cash . The teller Ashef ( please pardon if I got spelling incorrect ) was efficient , friendly and knowledgeable . She arranged a new card with the same numbers as my old one and walked me through the process on my app .Thank you

If you're going to use the ATM to deposit a check, you better make some copies of it first! Learned that the hard way. They deposited the money then ZOOM took $1600 out of my account without so much as an email about it. No notice, no nothing. Told me to make an appointment to come in so I did. "Sorry sir nothing I can do about it". Now the check is in limbo and there's not a damn thing anyone can do about it. What a bunch of bull.

We've been banking with US Bank for almost 20 years. This branch specifically engages in behavior that is questionable at best: demanding my husband co-endorse checks made out to me, not allowing me to cash checks made out to my husband with our deposits (even though we have a joint account), and most recently, demanding to know my occupation if I want to withdrawal funds from my accounts (mind you, they don't care how you made the money when they're accepting it, only when you want it back). If you have a uterus and want to step back in time to when your husband had control of all your finances, this is the location for you. As for me, closed all our accounts (bank manager made all the checks out to my husband, even though they were joint accounts), and filed a complaint with the State Attorney General.

What a disappointment. I have been a US Bank customer, at this branch, for over 20 years. The last 2 years have proven to be a downward spiral for them. Today I called to ask a basic question about overdraft protection and had some urgent concerns about my account. Again, this is my branch and I've been a loyal customer for 20+ years. I was told I had to call the 1-800 number..... really? I've NEVER been told to call customer service. A banker, or even teller for that matter, has never IMMEDIATELY disregarded my question, I've ALWAYS been helped with excellent customer service, even over the phone. That is, until today. I told the teller, forgot his name, that I was not going to call 1-800 and requested to speak with a banker. He told me they were all busy... okay.... that's not uncommon but for some reason transferring me to one of the managers voicemails was not something that occurred to him.... I had to ask, very firmly at this point, to be transferred to a voicemail of ANYBODY willing to help. He then proceeded "transferred" me. I CALLED BACK 4 TIMES TRYING TO TALK TO A MANAGER and not once actually got a voicemail. Instead, there was an automated message saying they were "experiencing issues transferring calls and if I'm one of those affected I should call back". NEVER IN MY 20+ YEARS WITH US BANK HAVE I HEARD THIS. Finally, I call back to tell them of this ridiculous "error" message and request to simply leave my name and Number for a manager. I was livid at this point. And I'm sure you can all imagine by now, I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. US BANK JUST LOST A LONGTIME CUSTOMER!!!!!!!! So sick of them and the runaround.

there is always excellent customer service here. Yedda and Brook are the two tellers I most often interact with here...and they are both very friendly and fast.

SKETCHY. I never go to this bank but was out that direction and needed cash. Its a small location and so I just use the ATM which is one of the nicer, new ones that lets you deposit without an envelop, yada yada.
