Worst service and ride staff and manager..So i work at a grocery store and get paid every 15 days. I get a US bank cheque from my manager and unfortunately i was in need of money tried to do it in my personal bank account but it was going on hold.. went to my bank to in cash it but unfortunately they cant.. and guided me to US bank.. went there and asked them to in cash it.. they asked for my photo id i gave them my WORK PERMIT which has my photo and linked to my SSN.. they said NO.. i told them i can show my SSN card also.. but they guy inside the counter name MOSES said it is possible you have the SSN on the streets with the same name on the id.. then i said ok i can understand your protocols.. just give me letter stating that the PHOTO ID I’m providing is not coming in your system category.. he said NO we cant.. i asked why he doesn't have any answer.. then somehow a lady cane from behind., i guess the Branch Manager (DAPHNE) i explained her that I’m not an account holder in the bank but this is the situation.. but not at all helpful.. i asked her the same.. she was like i don't have any letter which can state this problem why we cannot accept this PHOTO ID/WORK PERMIT..I asked her nicely and said i totally understand your protocols but work permit is an Photo id.. but if doesn't fall in your list of Documents i can understand just give/make a letter stating why you can’t.. still stuck on NO..please respect people and know the reason why for your OWN statement..Plus moving forward to contact District manager of the banks location..

I had recently paid off my VISA account well before the due date. I then called to cancel the card because I was unhappy with the way they don't allow you to make multiple payments on the balance. I had made one payment and then sometime later I had wanted to make a payment much closer to the balance. They wouldn't allow that. Instead, I had to pay an amount much lower. Mind you, I'm not talking about anything in the Pending column. Today I got a bill in the amount of $13.15 for 'interest.' Although I went ahead and paid it because I no longer wanted to interact with them, I consider this to be FRAUD. Beware. This is not a banking institution you want to be involved with.

Everything that I needed was done in a timely and generally polite manner which is why I gave three stars. I will say though that I definitely felt like I was being watched as if I was suspicious, especially for someone that was depositing a small amount of cash into an account all while offering any information needed to the lady assisting me since this isn’t my usual branch. I’ve worked at two banks before and understand it’s part of the job to be vigilant about who’s coming in and out for their safety, but I just felt very unsettled and uncomfortable.

Very unprofessional staff. Be prepared to wait for 40 - 50 mins to get change or deposit check. Thats the average wait time. Even after the wait the staff will randomly select the customer they prefer to help!!

Just “Sorry” for things that they can not or may do not want to do ! I Paid off my auto loan and it takes couple months to receive the documents and until this time I can not sell it and have to pay for parking lot and insurance company too . Do not wast your time and money with this Slow bank with high interest rate .

Great staff, the manager is such a nice guy. The whole staff there has the best intentions at heart. Even though there is a wait in the drive thru because of the pandemic, I know they’re doing their best to help everyone.

I've been with US Bank for 41 years and have always received excellent, friendly service. The Juanita branch has always been professional and prompt in their service. I believe there are more customers that would be inclined to make negative comments rather than positive so I just wanted to add a positive one!

Worst experience ever! ATM took the money but never credited the account, had to call to customer service and requested the video prove, and then waited for over 1 week for money to be deposited. Then other time, the clerk was so unprofessional, after I gave her cash in different notes she took her time to count by hand, then by machine, then she started to break them down, and organize them to different drawers, combining big notes from my cash with her $100s, counting her big notes, wrapping with zip ties, putting them to far drawers, looking them and so on...I told her if she can organize it after I leave to what she replied “oh,yeah, sure, can I have your ID†really? Come on.

The 1 star reviews are COMMICAL AF. This bank is great, it sounds like a bunch of whiney morons that have problems managing their money and want to blame the big bad bank. You could do worse, other larger banks are far worse and US doesn't charge hidden fees.

I use U.S. Bank for my checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities. This one is near the Union 76 station where I can get a car wash with a fill up.
