This is the absolute worst place to get your prescriptions refilled. You will find yourself wanting to bash your head through a wall dealing with this staff. Never have your prescriptions ready, make you go in circles, claim they never got the refill request from the doctors, always something. So frustrating it takes at least 3 times to get a refill.

Pharmacy aand check out is always great to deal with. Very friendly and professional staff. Prescriptions, toiletries, passport photos, I go there for a lot of things.

The service here used to be great and the pharmacy staff was a pleasure to work with. I er the past year, the service level has deteriorated and the attitude of the staff is abysmal. This place has home from a great neighborhood pharmacy to one that you want to avoid if you can.

Somehow my prescription is never ready even when they say it is. After multiple calls to check in and be assured my pickup is ready, I still end up waiting 20-30 minutes for them to put my prescription in a bag. Worst customer experience. Staff is friendly though, I'll give you that! Looking forward to switching pharmacies!

I've been using this pharmacy for years. Something changed about 2 years ago. Since then I have not had a single experience where they didn't mess up some part of my prescriptions. Every single time they find something to screw up and they just don't care. I now have to plan an hour to pick up prescriptions because that's about how long it takes to argue with them and get them to do their jobs.

This pharmacy has a serious problem with punctuality. I had to go 3 times to this pharmacy to pickup medication - for each visit it was promised before either by phone or in the pharmacy that the medication is available. Will never go there again.

I have been using the pharmacy at Juanita Walgreens for years. Over the past several months the service has been awful. Most of the time they don't answer the phone. Yesterday I called to check on the status of a prescription, they said it would be ready in the afternoon. This morning it still wasn't filled. I drove to to the store, waited in the drive through line when I got to the window the lady put the closed sign up. I asked her if she could help me and she just shook her head no. I ended up having to go inside to get my prescription. I never have this problem at Safeway pharmacy, we only use Walgreens because it closer. They really need to improve the service!!!

We have used Walgreens as our primary pharmacy for over a decade and have watched customer service, wait times, and availability go right off a cliff. I have lost hours of my life over the last year waiting in drive-through lines for an hour or more, waiting on hold with phone calls for help that never comes. Posted hours are rarely accurate, and the drive through will randomly and unexpectedly close. I am very sympathetic to the fact that jobs are difficult to fill right now, but Walgreens needs to make hiring and paying well more pharmacy employees to keep them. I can't imagine it's cost effective to keep losing longtime customers. I'm out

Slow!!!! Called in an rx refill 4 hours in advance. Waited on hold for nearly 30 minutes that time. Was told it would be ready by 6. I arrive at 7:30 and was told it wasn't ready and to come back in 20 minutes. Keep in mind they close at 8 and they asked me to return to the window at 7:50. I sat in the parking lot and went back to the window in 20 minutes and sat there for another 30 minutes. Paper printout says it was ready at 5:20 pm? Unprofessional. Avoid all Walgreens at all cost. Your health literally depends on it.

Odds are you already know what a Walgreens is, so i'll focus on this location specifically. It is pretty sizable in comparison to many other drug stores. The place is clean and well organized with lots of item selection. I had never seen one with a grocery section, where they have a nice amount of frozen foods for if you wanted to pick up a quick dinner or snack. Prices are reasonable, and it is a good stop in for if you needed something quick.
