This is the absolute worst place to get your prescriptions refilled. You will find yourself wanting to bash your head through a wall dealing with this staff. Never have your prescriptions ready, make you go in circles, claim they never got the refill request from the doctors, always something. So frustrating it takes at least 3 times to get a refill.

Pharmacy aand check out is always great to deal with. Very friendly and professional staff. Prescriptions, toiletries, passport photos, I go there for a lot of things.

Somehow my prescription is never ready even when they say it is. After multiple calls to check in and be assured my pickup is ready, I still end up waiting 20-30 minutes for them to put my prescription in a bag. Worst customer experience. Staff is friendly though, I'll give you that! Looking forward to switching pharmacies!

Not impressed. I made an appointment for my Covid bivalent booster 2 weeks ago. I received a reminder from them this morning at 4:16 am, the day before my appointment. Then this afternoon at 5 pm I received a call saying that they were sorry, but they double booked and they couldn't accommodate me and they said to call another specific Walgreens location for my Covid bivalent booster, because I would get an appointment faster. Except, the other location does not even have the Covid bivalent booster in stock. I assume, since I made my appointment 2 weeks ago, they should have known they were double booked for 2 weeks. How could they not know? Or even this morning when they sent out the reminder for my appointment. Instead, they cancel on me less than 24 hours from my appointment time. I had already made a bunch of other appointments (dental, optometrist) based on the timing of my Covid bivalent booster. So I had to scramble to find another appointment (which I did, but it is a lot farther away). I should have read these other reviews before even making an appointment here.

We have used Walgreens as our primary pharmacy for over a decade and have watched customer service, wait times, and availability go right off a cliff. I have lost hours of my life over the last year waiting in drive-through lines for an hour or more, waiting on hold with phone calls for help that never comes. Posted hours are rarely accurate, and the drive through will randomly and unexpectedly close. I am very sympathetic to the fact that jobs are difficult to fill right now, but Walgreens needs to make hiring and paying well more pharmacy employees to keep them. I can't imagine it's cost effective to keep losing longtime customers. I'm out

The store here used to be alright, it was the pharmacy that was terrible, but now the whole place is a waste of time. The last 3 times we've tried coming in here over the past 2 months we've gotten to the register only to be told that the card readers are down and they're only taking cash. No sign on the door, no employees warning customers as they enter. Nope you complete your shopping, stand in line at checkout for 10 minutes, and then you find out. Done trying to shop here.

Odds are you already know what a Walgreens is, so i'll focus on this location specifically. It is pretty sizable in comparison to many other drug stores. The place is clean and well organized with lots of item selection. I had never seen one with a grocery section, where they have a nice amount of frozen foods for if you wanted to pick up a quick dinner or snack. Prices are reasonable, and it is a good stop in for if you needed something quick.

If you could imagine the perfect pharmacy, this store would be the polar opposite. They can't keep people in the pharmacy, so lines are ridiculously long; the drive-thru is closed; they close the whole pharmacy for a lunch break (guess shift scheduling is no longer a thing); prescriptions are never ready when promised; and medications are dispensed broken (so you get only a partial dose). You can find this disaster on the corner of frustrated and incompetent. Just shutter the place already!

Sat on hold for 45 minutes just for the pharmacist to hang up when I finally got through the queue. You're only creating more work for yourself when you hang up on waiting customers. I had an important question regarding a prescription and whether or not I can take it, and have no answer. This location sucks.

This is the WORST Walgreens. You never get a full prescription when the app tells you it's ready! You always have to come back 1-2 times or they tell you it's gonna be an additional wait ... What's the point of ordering your monthly meds early if they are never ready??? This Walgreens needs new management! It's sad because it's really one of the only options for this area... Very frustrating

Not the fanciest canvas prints, but they have a quick turnaround time and the photos look fine. Not something I’d hang in a gallery, but they’re adequate for home display.

Edit: If you look at other one star reviews for here most of them are all for the pharmacy. The pharmacy tried running my insurance but failed to make it work. Called my insurance and they verified that I have full coverage. Not sure what they were doing but it seems like they didn't know what they were doing. I'm mainly confused how our insurance can work everywhere else yet they can't get it to work. My insurance even looked into their system and could see I'm covered for everything.
