Absolutely awful service. Out of my prescription half the time. when I call, I get put on hold, then I get disconnect. This is AFTER a pharmacy staff answers. It happened to me several times. This place should just shut down.

Understaffed. Slow beyond reason. Prescriptions are never ready upon arrival. No one should wait for two hours at a drive thru. Get more staff and better training for the staff.

Prescription transfer no responses. If you also need to transfer your prescription and need the medicine soon, find another Walgreens.

Came 3 times and medication was not on time, even if it the medication was ready.
Waiting for more than 4 hours and still getting told to wait more..

I’ve been shopping at this Walgreens for years, but since COVID, the store has really gone downhill. I even transferred my monthly prescription to QFC pharmacy. The pharmacy hours that was 24/7 have been cut back drastically, including a one-hour lunch break, which makes it less convenient. The drive-thru pickup is extremely slow, and shopping inside feels like a waste of time since many shelves are often empty. It’s really disappointing for such a great store.

The asian technican/phamacist in there is very rude. They need a lesson on how to treat customers properly.

Bad customer service. Got my wife's prescription wrong- someone else's medicine!!! I went there for my own prescription 3 times in 1 day and still were not ready. NEVER answer the phone anymore- on hold 30 minutes. When I got there, Nobody picking up the phone at all.
Switching pharmacies. Terrible...

Pharmacy is extremely slow. Go somewhere else. Otherwise it's a normal Walgreens.

I came in for a scheduled vaccine appointment for my son, and I was told to come back later as they had only 1 person at work. I just felt it was a waste of time coming here on a Sunday.

I go to Walgreens because of Julie, she always treats customers with smile & helps them very quickly, she knows where is everything. She went above and beyond to help us with the photo printouts.

Came in for a passport photo for my 15 month old. I had actually been turned away from another Walgreens. But Julie (night manager?) there was so patient and had a special trick to ensure we could get a good photo even with a cranky crying little one. Not only that but upon check out my guy Santiago was just so friendly and had a great energy and vibe. Overall probably the best customer experience I've ever had at a pharmacy store. I'll drive out of the way to come here again vs the walgreens closer to me. Great team.
