This place has got to be the worst run pharmacy in Western history. They often are closed at lunchtime, and other times. But, you have to come here to find out. Also, they are often out of whatever prescription you might need. Or, they may decide to change the number of pills they will dispense. If Walgreens could just shut down this location then maybe a competent pharmacy could open up in its place. Also, I suggest that they send the inept management to remedial training.

Not worth a single star if I was able they would get negative. Had a emergency needed some meds and it says 6 am open online and at store yet the workers car is outside but has the door locked even though they are supposed to be open.

Appointment or not they will take over an hour for covid testing. Don't bother calling ahead about prescriptions they won't fill it when they say they will. Their customer service is absolute garbage, cashier is rude and condescending, borderline yelling at customers. Walgreens will never have my business again, going here is not worth the hassle.

Slowest pharmacy I've ever gone to. Haven't gotten my prescription after over 24 hours after it was sent over. Even after a verbal expedition from my doctor, pharmacy gave me an estimated time of the next day at 11am. Staff doesn't care, are rude, and incredibly incompentent. Have your prescription sent somewhere else. Complete waste of your time and your doctor's time.

Seems the pharmacy can't stay open. This is the second time that they've been "temporarily" closed without explaination. And I have medications that I need to stay alive, and other Walgreen stores won't fill.

Called to get a prescription, they said they had it and my husband went to pick it up only to find out they did not have it. It was the second Walgreens that did this, however, when my husband arrived and said that I had called, ALL of the workers said they did not talk to me. They are unprofessional, irresponsible, and incompetent liars. If you need medication, go elsewhere because they won't have it.

Incredible staff!My wife got a c section few days ago, we got discharged from hospital around evening and provider prescribed us with strong painkillers. However, due to the time line and being first time parent we lost the chance to get the painkiller right before the pharmacy official closing time.Fortunately, we met an awesome and kind staff still helping us and provide us with the prescribed painkiller!! We can’t imagine how my wife is going to live without it after gone through C section!!!!!!

They messed up my photos. Gave me someone else's as well. When I tried to get it resolved immediately after, the guy at the counter was rude and dismissive. Told me to get my stuff off the counter and move. Never told anyone else I needed help. I had to get back in line and get someone else. I was promised that they would reprint and call that night. I never heard back. Called in later in the week and they lost my order. Wanted me to resend the entire order, pay (oh but we'll refund you which you can believe because we've been so reliable so far), and come back. I am very disappointed. Even when trying to get my money refunded, Walgreens plays dumb and screwed me out of my money. Take your business elsewhere.

The retail portion of this store is fine. The Pharmacy is so bad the place should be shut down. I fail to believe the workers are even holders of qualified licenses. The Pharmacy portion of this store should be shut down and all new employees brought in from a different Walgreens where the Pharmacy is staffed by Professionals.

I've had nothing but good service here, both in the pharmacy and regular check out up front. The pharmacy staff here are always slammed, and I always see customers getting angry, rude, and super impatient. Kindness goes a long way, and the pharmacy staff are not just chilling - I've sat and waited for my script and watched them, and they are multi tasking and doing the best they can. I've brought in new prescriptions to refills, and they've always filled them in a timely manner, called my name if I'm wandering the store, and are always super nice! I like the sales they have on their holiday items after the holiday is over (sometimes things are 70% off!). They also have a decent make up and nails section, and a lot of things to peruse if you're waiting for your prescription.

Walgreens isn't going to read this but I really hope they do so they can figure out why this location is so azz. Everything in their pharmacy needs work, from phone holds for an hour(my max is 2 hours) to the unhelpful staff. Everyone just looks like they're over it and ready to clock out. There is only one person out of the 50+ times I've been there who's ever smiled and I wish her the best in a toxic environment. I can consistently bond w random customers just by how horrible it's ran. Here is an example of what happened to me this week. I called for my prescription on Tuesday and they said it would be finished on Wednesday. Today is Friday I get a call saying it's delayed until Monday. How is the estimate so off and even still why did it take so long to notify? WE'RE TALKING ABOUT MEDICATIONS, NOT SOMETHING SMALL LIKE FOOD SERVICE. They need to hire more staff, or maybe get a coffee machine in the breakroom cuz everything they do is slow.

I’d give them 0 if I could. I ALWAYS leave this pharmacy without what I need every time. It used to be 24 hours which made emergency medicine pick up possible. Now, I can’t even get my son’s ear infection medicine before the weekend. No one talks to each other so the one you talk to on the phone will give you different information than the person at the window. This place has pissed me off for the last time. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Your peace of mind is more important.

The Pharmacy does not answer the phone, they will ignore it for a long period of time. Then after finally answering a half an hour later, they will hang up on you before you can get a full sentence out.
