Got the job done, but nothing beyond that. The volume of what the employee was listening to or watching was way too loud for me. And, he was not welcoming, just sat there and avoided noticing the customers. The machines are ok. Prices are not great but OK. It was a bit hot (even though most machines were not running because it was a week day in the middle of the day). A homeless lady was sleeping in one of the chairs. She looked like a nice person, but she was blocking mechine. (My visit was about two weeks ago, but I think my memory is accurate. I decided that would be my first and last visit there).

This place is used by VERY shady and questionable individuals. I also had my laundry detergent bottle stolen in a matter of minutes. The owner/employee at the counter is never off the phone, chatting away and doesn't seem to care what's going on. Never returning.

Cleanest laundromat ever! My bedspread & zillions of pillows don't fit in my washer & dry. Waves of Suds has gigantic washer & dryers. The gentleman that works there is so kind & helpful!

All my clothes fit in one machine. A washing machine that big is actually a time machine. I leaped forward 2 laundry load units of time.

Horrible experience, do not ever come here. Several items of my clothing were stolen (multiple pieces being quality brands that I need for work), and the employees did not assist at all, they really brushed me off and offered ZERO customer service. After I paid for this overcharged service, my stuff gets stolen and the employees act this way? This is so unfair and not acceptable. Honestly, I feel like the lady working there stole my items, she was highly suspicious. AND LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS, apparently this has happened before. In other laundromats,, employees would actually be of help, check camera, be empathetic, offer customer service. Not here. I fully regret coming to this place, will never allow anyone I care about to come here and also be a victim on THEFT.

Not at all customer friendly, the guy doesn't want me to know about additional $3 fee for removing blankets from dryer if I don't want to wait. And, when I came back, he just dumped my blanket into bag without basic folding

Best laundromat in Kirkland and probably on the east side very reasonably priced and very nice people who own it and run it. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Home is being remodeled and we are temporarily without a washer and dryer. We used thier washing service and it was great. Clean clothes and they were all sorted, folded and neatly bagged

I love it. Is old but washer and dryer are in excelente condition. There are tables to fold clothes. Washer load cost $5.75 (23 quarters) dryer is $0.25 for 4 minutes. There is a exchange machine for coins. You can also buy detergent in the spot at the dispenser.

They have an amazing drop off and pickup service. I brought in two very heavy down comforters, I picked them up and they were super clean and fluffy. Thank you for the great service and quick turnaround.

The lady who runs this place is extremely rude. I had a load in the dryer and I was waiting in my car. I had set the timer on my phone based on the drying time on the machine. When my timer still had 4 minutes, she came out screaming that my stuff was done and she wanted to go home. It was 20 minutes before the posted closing time. I won't be back.

Decent laundromat. $5.75 per load (or 23 quarters)= yikes! I've never paid more than $3.50 per load up until now. Dryer cycles? 4 minutes per quarter. Bruh, I know that we are still in the age of Covid, but that is mad expensive. Count also the attendant who is rude enough to not want to change your bills into quarters due to the laundromat's change machine being out of order makes this experience more on the "meh" level. When the attendant wants to work, its like pulling teeth in getting her to assist with anything. I almost felt bad for interrupting her book reading time within the booth in the back (and behind plexiglass) just to ask her a question regarding the machines + obtaining more quarters to spend within this business. Key word is "almost."I'll either wash my clothes at another laundromat, or within my hotel bathtub from now on.

My 3 stars are for the washing machines there. In my trip this morning I was pleased that two oversized washers were available and in good working order. However, when I put nine quarters into a drier that ended up being out of order, the 'attendant' said she could not refund my quarters and I should have let her know. I looked all over and no-one was there! How was I supposed to know that she was sleeping in a white car right outside the laundromat!
