Convenient location and nice employees however Wells Fargo doesn't find it necessary to hire more tellers when they open in the morning. They have loan officers, a greeter but that's it. Two people ahead of me in line this morning and it took 20 min for my turn making me late for work. Profit over service. BTW one of the loan officers told me the Juanita branch was closing in a month but a new one will open in Redmond. So that leaves only ONE branch in Kirkland since the others have closed as well.

been to this bank; once inside and mostly drive thru for deposits. They provide fast courteous service. The drive thru lines are usually relatively short. My longest wait was about 15 minutes; which is not bad. It's a convenient trip for me and since it's surrounded by other services, I can make my trip count with other errands.

I came to the bank this morning closing the SSI account. Since my aunt mental state is unstable, she makes a scene at the bank and refuses to go to the police station. All bank handlers this morning have been very patient and professional. Special thank to Meenakshi. My sincere apology to everyone this morning!!!

The people in this bank are very nice and welcoming. Very different from the wells fargo on the east coast. I actually enjoy walking in the bank and they are all very helpful!

Worst bank I've ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Apparently it's a safety issue to allow me to put money INTO an account I'm not a signer on. Mind I'm not trying to take money OUT, I'm trying to DEPOSIT money. I have the name of the account, the name and phone number of the person on the account, I even called him to have him tell them he wants me to add money to his account and still they wouldn't let me make a deposit unless the account holder comes in personally and adds me as a signer. What about giving free money to someone else's account is hazardous to some ones safety or account safety? Seriously worst company ever.

I love this place every time I go in the staff is always smiling and willing to help me with anything. I love my banker Jeremy that guy has helped me manage everything from opening accounts for my kids and starting a college fund for them to just how best to handle all my other accounts. I even followed him from his old store in bridal trails to his new store here. Love this place won't be going anywhere else unless Jeremy moves again haha.

WOW, what a horrible experience. I was lied and mocked by the Jeremy and had to listen to the Manager gossip about me and her new years party and what they would wear for fifteen minutes. Jeremy told me that since my account was closed I couldn't get credits on it (since I had returned items from Christmas) Jeremy also told me my account would be open after 24 hours which it wasn't, and said it was my responsibility to go back to the retailers and get my money , even though the wells fargo card worked while doing returns. Well, it did show up in my account and after he blatantly said it wouldn't. I will NEVER do business with again!!! The customer service is horrible and there are too many other options to put up with them. If zero stars existed thats what I would have given them..

The manager Maryam Atashzereh is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. She felt the need to raise her voice at me and talk down to me in front of customers and staff. She was CONSTANTLY rolling her eyes at me and smirking making me feel extremely uncomfortable. All I needed was some papers to get notarized and apparently they can't do that. I've had the same papers notarized from banks and have never had a problem. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 10 years now maybe even longer, everything I have goes through them, and I was ready to switch banks...she should not be a manager with how she treats customers it is not a good look on her and it totally shows her staff that it's okay to treat customers with no respect. Won't be going back to that franchise I would rather pay the 3 dollars at Bank of America to get cash or deposit and drive a couple extra miles to avoid going there.

My husband and I love this Wells Fargo branch and even though we have moved out of Kirkland we will still go out of our way to bank at this location. Everyone we have ever dealt with here is friendly, helpful and they remember our names. That level of service is hard to come by at a bank and we really appreciate everything they have done to help us throughout the years. The business bank manager, Michael, always goes above and beyond to help with my small business needs as well as answer any credit related questions we have. Tomi, the branch manager, always greets me with a smile and asks how things are going. The tellers are always pleasant and helpful and funny. I highly recommend this Wells Fargo branch to anyone looking for great customer service!

Went in to do a currency exchange and the manager, asked me to open an account. Why should I open an account to exchange money? She said to save $5 for the currency exchange fee. What she didn't say is that the new "FREE" account comes with a $15 a month charge. There goes another hour or two of my life sitting on the phone canceling this account and explaining why. Then, Sean, one of the bankers there, was extremely rude. If you don't like your job, do everyone a favor and leave. Horrible customer service from him. He even threw a bag at one of the other tellers. I should have just turned around and went straight to Thomas Cook right down the street from there. DO NOT go to this bank. This is EXACTLY why I do all my daily banking at a credit union.
