I go into this bank about once a week and I have never had a bad experience. I enjoy everyone who works there and they are all very nice. I also had to open a new savings account about two months ago and it took only 10-15 minutes to open it. I love this bank. For me it's not only convenient, the tellers are also so helpful. Thank you guys for everything you do and making coming to the bank such a positive experience.

Perfectly friendly folk in the local office, but completely hamstrung by apparently awful national bank. Took me four months to get them to stop charging $15 a month for quick books services I never wanted or signed up for. Telephone sales people lied to me about merchant account fees - of course I can't prove it, but seriously -- it's a bank! If you can't trust them then you can't do business with them. Don't make my mistake - bank somewhere else.

I just realized that I never wrote a review for this place. Considering how wonderful my experience was, it definitely deserves one. A few months back, I came into this Juanita branch seeking knowledge about building credit. I was immediately greeted by the branch manager, Tristan. He spent at least 40 minutes explaining everything there is to know about credit. He answered every one of my, never once rushing the conversation. He was not pushy in getting me to become a Wells Fargo customer, and he assisted me in finding a credit card that would work for me. It could not have been a better experience. Joey also offered a similar demeanor and was very knowledgable. The treatment offered by this branch was my #1 reason for becoming a Wells Fargo customer. Thank you, Tristan and Joey. You guys both deserve a raise.

This bank is terrible. I can't believe that they actually have return customers. due The LACK of customer service provided by the Bankers and the Store Manager is astonishing. I have been trying to get my Wells Fargo credit card issue resolved for almost a month now. I have called about 10 times and popped in the bank to speak to a representative and nothing was done. I will say one positive thing about this bank though. The ATM. Its great. The ATM provides results in a timely manner. The ATM also responds to your inquiries and requests. Thank you ATM. If you have a choice of which bank to go to in the Kirkland area. DON'T COME TO THIS ONE!!! Unless you want to talk to the ATM. I highly recommend him.

Had to make a deposit. Super friendly, first name basis. No complex banking issues for me and I live nearby so they get 5 stars.

Lost my wallet including ID. Refused to attempt to verify my identity in person to issue new card. (Something I know can be done at the discretion of the manager.) Had to call in and wait for new card to arrive. Thanks a lot dude. Appreciate the compassion.

I already thought this bank was pretty bad, but now I've gone to the effort of dropping my review from 2 stars to 1 star. And this Wells Fargo has the ignoble honor of being my first ever 1-star review. So last year I set up an account in addition to an existing credit card account I had; according to the banker they were set up in a way which would help me grow my money and my credit rating faster. Well, guess what. It wasn't set up correctly, so not only was it drawing money from an account that it wasn't supposed to (which also didn't have the money for it), but it also cost me by the bank charging me for THEIR mistake. It has cost me literally THOUSANDS of dollars which I can't recover. I had queried it several times. The account was only open for six months and I was told on the four times I asked--which should be a warning in itself; who needs to check to see that the account was working properly that many times because of issues with the way it was set up--that it was working fine. I'm not an expert so I had to rely on my banker's advice. I decided to double check today with a banker at a different branch and that's how I discovered that I had been given the wrong information about my account and how it was set up. What's worse was their victim-blaming attitude when I told them about their mistake. I was told, "oh yeah but it is your responsibility to check your accounts and tell us if there's a problem"--which was precisely what I did on several occasions, only to be given the wrong information again! I'm disgusted with how I was treated and it goes without saying that I have since closed my accounts and moved my business elsewhere.

The branch in Juanita Village is fine if you just want to make a deposit and you like chatting with tellers, but if you need any help on bigger banking issues, I recommend finding another branch. When I went in with a banking problem, they were busy and I was in a bit of a hurry, so they offered to have a banker call me. After a week (and no phone call) I went back. When they weren't fully able to resolve my issue or answer my questions, they again offered to call the next day. I still haven't received any phone calls. Poor follow-up and poor customer service.

Great staff and great service. Also they seem to have good managers in this location. Bank tellers are very professional too.
