I usually don’t write reviews for banking services, but I had to make an exception for Emily Godown. She was incredibly helpful in resolving a complex issue in a timely and professional manner.
Emily truly embodies a customer-first mindset. She listened patiently and with genuine interest, quickly connected with the right people, and spent nearly two hours with me and my wife to understand our concerns. She guided us thoughtfully through the process, and by the end, we both felt a huge sense of relief—smiling and grateful.
Yay! That’s the kind of experience you don’t forget.

Went on Tuesday 3/18/25. Bring in cash to pay my credit card and deposit to my business account . Only one teller was there. No one was waiting in line. I was the FIRST one, so she start process my payment. There was a guy walk in at the moment, seems like she know him because immediately she told to step aside or go to sit and wait while she will take care of this customer first. I was UNFAIRLY treat and have to wait another 15 minutes before this teller start to finish my account. Why this guy cannot wait, and I have to wait for him even if I was there first. Is it because I am a woman while the other customer is a guy? Or because I am Asian while he is a white guy? I was very disappointed and mad. I thought it was a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED at the taller line.

Walk in without an appointment to deal with an urgent issue in my account, a lady at the counter warmly inquired about my issue and quickly arranged for Daniel to assist me. Daniel was professional, understood my needs perfectly, and followed up promptly. Great! Highly recommend!!

Convenient location and nice employees however Wells Fargo doesn't find it necessary to hire more tellers when they open in the morning. They have loan officers, a greeter but that's it. Two people ahead of me in line this morning and it took 20 min for my turn making me late for work. Profit over service. BTW one of the loan officers told me the Juanita branch was closing in a month but a new one will open in Redmond. So that leaves only ONE branch in Kirkland since the others have closed as well.

They should just demolish this place and build something else. Every time I come here there is something wrong with the drive thru atm and they only have one person working the desk if you’re forced to go inside.

I hope the bank will give me justice. Don't let users. I feel so unreliable. November 8th. 10:20am. I deposit money at the bank's ATM machine. But the ATM machine was malfunctioning, so I went to the front desk to deposit money, but there were a lot of people queuing that day, so I left. In the evening, I checked my mobile banking and saw that 1,000 yuan was missing. I went to the front desk the next day. The living room staff was very enthusiastic in helping me. He was able to confirm that the ATM machine was faulty and helped me get the 1,000 yuan back, but the bank deducted the replacement money from me a month later. and said. The case has been investigated and closed. This is very unfair to me. I'm going to save money to pay off my credit card. When the ATM machine malfunctioned, I failed to deposit money. Instead, I lost 1,000 yuan for no reason. Why didn't you install so many cameras and surveillance to investigate clearly, but you said the case was closed and I didn't take the money? But it was 1,000 yuan less. It took me at least two hours to make a phone call. They said the case was closed. Why do you install so many cameras? Hope you can give me a reasonable answer. unfair to me,

Very bad customer experience! I had a call to this bank regarding a deposit box, banker didn't give me a call back as promised and when I was finally able to reach out to him - he said that the box was already rented ( within just 1 hour!!! afrer my call). We were affected with other branch closing and looks like this bank and this branch specifically are not interested in new clients at all! Would not recommend it to anybody!

Very bad service! We live close to this branch, every time we walked in, they said they need an appointment, not provide any service! The employees donot have the knowledge, just deposit a check, takes about 30 minutes, will never come here again.

Had a very troublesome scenario that other branches just wouldn’t help me with. Mike Carmona went to bat for me to help fix the situation for multiple hours pushing other appointments. I was able to retrieve my funds and finally fix the situation. Him and this branch is the reason I am keeping my business account here. Thanks again Mike!
