What horrible customer service. I just wanted to exchange a $20 for some $5 bills. But I didn't have an account so they sent me packing. Their lobby was empty. I went to the Bank of America a block away, they did the exchange without asking questions - oh, and their lobby was packed with customers. It's not rocket science - treat all your customers well.

I visited the Wells Fargo Totem Lake branch to open a small business account as a sole proprietor. Wells Fargo’s own website clearly states that if your business name is your full legal name and is not registered with a government agency, a UBI is not required. Despite this, Banker Nero Ni, who claims to be a manager responsible for the whole region, insisted I needed a UBI before he could help me.
This was a huge waste of my time due to poor training and misinformation. I expect a bank of this size to have well-informed employees who understand their own policies, especially those claiming to be regional managers. I also tried calling Wells Fargo Care about this issue, but the phone just says they are unable to pick up and then hangs up on me. This bank is a joke.

I love everyone in this branch, they are all friendly and helpful! I need to thank Griffin for all his help and Silky for going above and beyond to take care of my needs! That was my first time there and they made it so sweet!

I need to go into this office about once a month. I used to dread having to do this since banks always seemed to make things hard. But the current banking staff at this location make it a pleasure doing business here. I've worked with many of the bankers and they've all been wonderful experiences. Thank you!

Went in today to deposit cash, which was mostly 10 dollar bills and I had a lot of them, therefore, I went to see a teller to make the transaction quick and to have some human contact since we don’t have much of that nowadays, but instead, I got sent to the ATM and I was asked if I needed help navigating the machine.Surely, it took 3 log-ins to deposit my money. So I was right, it would have been quicker if the teller actually did what she was getting paid for instead of delegating her job to me.

I felt uncomfortable coming in here today. I have been coming here since I was a child with my mom and I usually don't feel put out on wait when I walk in and I'm the first to stand in line. This lady takes someone waiting in the chair first and the amount of time they took was around 9 minutes. They were having a friendly talk but I had to get going since I find my time valuable. The total amount of time I took was around 3 minutes. There was another teller there but she was on training. I would suggest that if people are being put on training someone should always be with them no matter what. I would be more than happy to wait a line where people are equally being taken one by one and having the time respected equally for everyone.
