Went in today to deposit cash, which was mostly 10 dollar bills and I had a lot of them, therefore, I went to see a teller to make the transaction quick and to have some human contact since we don’t have much of that nowadays, but instead, I got sent to the ATM and I was asked if I needed help navigating the machine.Surely, it took 3 log-ins to deposit my money. So I was right, it would have been quicker if the teller actually did what she was getting paid for instead of delegating her job to me.

I felt uncomfortable coming in here today. I have been coming here since I was a child with my mom and I usually don't feel put out on wait when I walk in and I'm the first to stand in line. This lady takes someone waiting in the chair first and the amount of time they took was around 9 minutes. They were having a friendly talk but I had to get going since I find my time valuable. The total amount of time I took was around 3 minutes. There was another teller there but she was on training. I would suggest that if people are being put on training someone should always be with them no matter what. I would be more than happy to wait a line where people are equally being taken one by one and having the time respected equally for everyone.

Very unprofessional talking with a person!.Because of this bank negligence and there unprofessional people who don’t know how to do there jobs we are in insufficient funds and already unable to pay bills ,services for our company and personal !!.Because of a teller and a manager who authorized a deposit in, they marked it withdrawal in the same time with a same check number and funds and was appearing like they take the money and just they use our funds more than 13 days without a response to a claim that we filed!.Very frustrating and such a bad and worse brunch this Wells Fargo,in Totem Lake,Kirkland,Wa!.Unbelievable and unfortunately we ,the people are suffering because of their mistakes!

This branch is an absolute joke. I've been to this location exactly 4 times because it is the most convenient - yet ALL 4 times I've been turned away for one reason or another "we are short staffed". "you can do a deposit in an atm" "oh you can do that online" why even have this location? It honestly feels like they are using every excuse to not have to help or interact with any customers. Who ever is in charge here is really dropping the ball, I've never had this bad of an experience trying to bank (THAT IS SAYING SOMETHING)

Not sure what's going on with these reviews. Came in today to get a cashier's check and Misha was extremely friendly and very helpful. I don't live in this area, but would come back to this branch in the future without hesitation.

Absolutely awful customer service.I needed to wire funds for a home purchase and stopped in to my local bank to wire funds. The teller told me that not only could he not help me, but he would not help me schedule an appointment with a teller. He told me to go online and make an appointment. No appointments were available online at this location until after the closing date. The teller said he would do nothing to help me. The service was so bad that I will be switching banks from Wells Fargo and never use them again.

I've been doing banking with Wells Fargo for more than 14 years, no issue with the other branches on the past, but anytime I walk to Totem Lake branch, they act like why you walked in to the branch and should use the online banking. I have account with KeyBank and they have branch just a min away from the same branch, they always get the same task done for me in less than 3 minutes after I walk away from the Wells Fargo branch. I absolutely will transfer my banking to Key bank or any other bank other than Wells Fargo after today.

The worst bank in service in the United States. The attendant Ranhee Lee does a disservice and was even rude in her service, in addition to filling in untruths on the forms.

Do not care about the customers. Always make you feel like you did something wrong by coming inside the branch and not using self service. Always rude.
