This is the first yelp review I have ever made, but I feel I must share what I saw. I am shocked at the cleanliness of the restroom located next to the pharmacy! It is filthy! Toilet hasn't been cleaned for weeks, the floor is dirty, dust balls and dried urine on the floor, the sink filthy, broken paper towel holder with no paper towels, broken soap dispenser with only a little bit of diluted soap in a bottle on a shelf, plus the room stinks! Is there no cleaning staff at Rite Aid? It is said that you can rate a restaurant by the cleanliness of it's restrooms...well I think the case is true for pharmacy's as well! I will be finding a different pharmacy for my medication needs.

You'd think with the location that this would be an upscale Rite Aid, but it's about as low-end a location as can be. The parking lot is a mess. I shopped here to get some pictures printed. The machine wouldn't work properly with the QR code and it took forever for an employee to come over to help. The rest of the Rite Aid is relatively large and clean, but it seemed as if it was understaffed. The cashier had no idea how to ring up the pictures. As far as the rest of my purchases, it was as typical as a Rite Aid franchise gets.

It's a Rite Aid. It's a pharmacy. I don't have much more expectation than that. As long as they can fill my Script, what do I care? My doctor called in an Rx. I got a call from the Rite Aid Pharmacy the very next morning to update my insurance. I said I'd stop by in the afternoon to pick up. In the interim, I got a text from Rite Aid that my Rx was ready to be picked up. Cashier was friendly and quick since I had already updated my insurance card via phone. I just showed my insurance card, ID and paid my co-pay. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Easy peasy.

I went in. First of all the bathroom is a horror show. Pee everywhere. Floor is disgusting. I tried to go buy water. The line is way back in the aisle and there's only one checker. Ended up leaving empty handed and grossed out. Worse than any Tacoma rite aid. The aisle were a mess and shelves weren't stocked

This place has improved 100% in the last few years and is a great place to shop now with a good selection and friendly, quick staff.

Pharmacy was quick and easy. People were very friendly and answered all by questions.

This Rite Aid is ginormous. They have a bigger home section than other Rite Aids. I like perusing the aisles for nothing in particular and never buying any of it :) But my husband found what he came for (some ace bandages and a thumb splint thing). Staff was friendly and helpful.

Be sure you compare your prescription costs with other pharms. Rite Aid does not do price matching so some of their drug prices may be high. Most of their other prices are pretty high too.

To start, this is a very dirty and poorly kept Rite Aid location. Parts of the signage are newer - the remnant of a so-called "renovation" however, it seems like that is all they have done. The store looks dirty and is a neighborhood eyesore. Whoever started the remodel needs to come in and finish the job! The staff is often absent from the register and far from friendly. The pharmacy is ridiculous. In the 30+ times I've come to pick up my prescriptions, they have messed it up 50% of the time - and the lines are always long! I've had countless bad experiences here. I just keep my prescriptions here because it is close to my house and I have't had time to transfer them. Here a just a FEW of the issues I have had with Rite Aid: 1. Arrived when they opened on my way to work, but the pharmacy staff wasn't in. I desperately needed this medication and they arrived 30+ minutes late to work., so they didn't open the pharmacy until she got there. This has happened more than once. 2. Long lines in the evenings and understaffed. 3. A gentleman at the pharmacy discussed loudly the condition of the man in front of me. Huge HIPPA violation. Then he said to the man, " Don't feel bad, you should see some of the people who come in her. I don't even want to touch things when they leave. That is why we have this huge container of disinfectant gel." 4. On numerous occasions I have called in a prescription I have to have, for them to call me days later on the day I need it sayings either "we are out of stock and still need to order it" "looks like you need a refill" - They should have told me that they week prior when I called to refill it. "There is a recall on your prescription. We don't carry a substitute." 5. I get weekly calls telling my to pick up prescriptions that I never call to have filled - so annoying! And I have asked numerous times to be taken off the list, because now I also get texts. In my option this is not acceptable when you are dealing with medications people need.

Not sure why people give it bad reviews, the couple times I've been there they had what I needed and I had the store to myself. Inside is super bright and super clean. Went there for the first time a few weeks ago. I guess I hadn't been in a drug store in awhile because I was only looking for gel shoe inserts and ended up buying a bunch of other stuff. Took awhile to find the inserts and it must have been noticed by the back office because suddenly a bouncer dude (not wearing the standard uniform) started following me around (!). I made a couple laps around the aisles to see if he really was following me (he was), but he wouldn't get close enough for me to ask him where the inserts were. (Wonder if he would have told me.) Eventually I did find them, on sale no less.

The only reason I'm not giving it 2 stars is because they FINALLY redid the inside. The cashier stations are finally in one section instead of one large one where you can get photos/ ciggs then 2-3 separate stations right by it. I like the new look, more organized-looking and gives off a look of more space. Other than that the store really remains the same to me, just looks better and seems more organized.

It's the nearest Rite Aid to my house is as ghetto as the Albertson's next door. HOWEVER. They are *finally* remodeling this location! So, for the time being: the shelves are empty and all mixed around. There are clearance bins of random stuff everywhere and it's a bit more wacked than it was in it's old dilapidated state. The staff is pretty friendly here though they can be difficult to find. This location isn't very busy so it's usually low staffed. Hoping the remodel turns this place around a bit. I like having it as an available option so close to home...but would like to see cleaner store, better selection and more routine/available staffing. If so, an update and a star increase from "i've had better" will be in order.

Since this particular store was renovated it is like a whole new store. For the better. Great selection, helpful and happy employees and good quality merchandise. And I love the new rule about get your rx in 15 minutes or they give you a gift card (sure wish that would catch on in Costco and Walgreens).

Ughhhh why do I keep going here? I don't think it is the employees fault that this place is terrible, it's just that they only ever have 2 people working there. It is a huge store but their business isn't doing so well so it looks a little run down. If they just cut the store in half it wouldn't look so terrible, I think they just order cheap crap to fill out the shelves.. I usually end up spending 20 minutes in there trying to find something because I can't find an employee to help me. If you get stuck behind a lady with 50 different coupons good luck because there aren't any extra cashiers.
