I went to pick-up my grocery order and no one answered my call. Since it snowed I didn't park in the pick-up area because it was layered with snow and ice and didn't feel it was safe for me or the employees to load the groceries. I walked in to tell them I was there since my call wasn't answered and let them know where I parked. I was greeted by Naz, she was very helpful and said she would have my items out for me shortly. She was very kind and walked my items out. I noticed I was missing a lot of items and walked back in. Naz was VERY helpful and supportive of the issue. I appreciated her help,?patience and ability to stay calm. Thank Naz for making a difficult situation easier!

Carol the cashier manager is racist. So sad to see employees work with her. I guess why they are so understaffed is because no one wants to work with her old ugly grumpy ass. The man looking white lady the floral manager is racist asf too plus lazy. I ask for a bouquet to be made and tell me why she looked me up and down rolled her eyes and said "what kind of colors do you want I guess you can't afford the roses" what bitch in the right mind would say that to someone. That bitch deserves to be fired right after carol does. Fuck this Safeway

We bought two Nike gift cards from Safeway. When we tried to use them, there was only a couple cents. We called customer service, they asked us to contact the police. The Nike customer service found the transactions, and where the package was delivered. But they did not want to tell us.

The service was sooooo slow :( takes ages for us to get our car . Be cognizant when they inspect ur vehicle . The guy missed out some scratches etc . We had to call back and send him . Otherwise , the price of vehicles is good and it's convenient spot to pick .. very nicely located in Bellevue .. overall an average experience!

Employees are not able to send money correctly, they close and put a sign saying they will come back later, you google the opening hours saying that it is working and when you get there there is a sign saying they will come back later, and the person waste your time going there.

The employees at this particular store are amazing! I'm not one for big chains/corporations but I am speaking just on the employees here, they deal with a lot and are amazing through it all!

I bought $300 amazon gift card from this store. I found out that the gift card that i bought was tampered. What happened was very frustrating and disappointing. I had seen the store manager, called their support and sent pictures of my receipt and gift card. If you will buy a gift card from this store, make sure that you check all corners of your gift card, make sure that it is fully sealed. Make sure that you check the bar code if it is fixed and fully attached to the gift card inside, make sure that you have the safeway receipt and the gift card receipt. I talked to the manager and i am not sure if i should be happy or disappointed by the help that she had extended to me. She helped me find out if there are more cards like mine in the store. But she said that i should not be stressing about it! She probably said that because she is not the one with the missing $300! But i really hope that she will try her best to prevent this from happening ever again! And I do hope that Safeway investigates this and make sure that this will not happen to anyone else ever again. Please be vigilant with whatever you are buying

This is one of the worst Safeways I have been in. Every time I go in there the checkers are all slow, look like they can't stand being there, half the time don't even greet you or say a word. God help you if you get Kafka as your checker, she is the slowest and least pleasant and alway over bags things so they are too heavy. I would choose another lane if I see her, but most the time there is only 1 or 2 lanes open. There is never anyone at the customer service desk, even when there's many people waiting. Yet there can be 2 or 3 employees just chatting while they see everyone standing there. The self check out is just as bad. They did add more lines, however god forbid you have a age restricted item. You will wait 15 min for the person to check your ID, cause there usually to busy chatting and doing their job.

My go to Safeway! They're always well stocked and have plenty of lanes open for the self checkout. However the deli can be slow and the workers behind the counter aren't always paying attention to who is actually next.

Got 2 baked Chicken for $5 each on Monday m. I thought that i was getting a deal. The worker at Safeway who bagged the pieces for me chose the driest, smallest and oldest pieces and gave them to me with a poker smily face. This was the dinner for my 4 daughters which went all in the trash. I got some romaine cucumbers and prepared them a healthy salad that was supposed to be on the side with some protein. I am very disappointed with my experience. I am shocked that the Management at Safeway would train their workers to give the oldest pieces to customers! I will never buy chicken from their hot food station anymore.

My family has been shopping at this location for a few years now and have generally found it to be well stocked and clean. We really appreciate the self checkout option as sometimes lines are long. I want to give a huge shout out to Norma, the manager for the curb pick up service. I spoke with her on the phone regarding an issue with her shoppers not bagging meat. It's not safe for raw meat juices to be dripping and potentially contaminating other food items in an order. Yet, every time I would order meat it would be randomly in bags with other groceries and not wrapped in plastic bag. The butchers usually do a good job wrapping the meat trays but sometimes meat juice is going to leak. So, the meat trays need to be put in those bags that the meat department provides. I've had this happen many times and haven't been able to reach the manager because Norma was on leave. The manager in her place wasn't fixing the issue. So we would routinely order our curb pick up groceries and then go in to get meat in order to make sure it didn't leak onto other groceries. I'm grateful that Norma seems to want to go above and beyond to make sure this problem is solved so that customers will keep coming back and food will be safe. I recognize my privilege of being able to do curb pick up! At the same time, our family is trying to do it in order to be one less family inside the grocery store during a pandemic. I figure the store employees are safer without people crowding them! In normal times, my daughter loves the free cookies at the bakery! Overall, this is a great Safeway.

Your typical grocery store. Hard to find good customer service. They fight you on price disputes but do eventually give in. Store is clean and organized. They have a Jamba Juice bar. Parking is plentiful. Check out their Friday specials on Chinese to-go especially during the Seahawks season.

Juanita Safeway needs to have more cashiers and the deli department has gone downhill since they most of their experience workers quite.
