Somewhere around 2025, it joined the long list of things that mysteriously went downhill. Do yourself a favor, save your self-respect, and head in literally any direction to the next store

I had a great experience at the Xfinity Store. I came in with a difficult issue on my account, and Lorenzo went above and beyond to help me resolve it. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
Thanks to Lorenzo, my issue was fully solved and I left feeling relieved and appreciated as a customer. Outstanding service — thank you, Lorenzo, and the whole Xfinity team!

Would give zero stars if I could. Like many other people on here, I was unknowingly signed up for an Xfinity mobile line when all I wanted was internet. I paid for the service for a year before realize I was being charged for the fraudulent mobile line they put in my account. Have spent weeks trying to get reimbursed for literal contract fraud without any success so far. DO NOT COME HERE. This store is predatory and will scam you.

Vivian assisted me with very good customer service, she helped me port my number from my previous carrier in under 10 minutes and explained that my line is included with my new internet plan!

They forged my signature on a mobile contract they didn't even show me.
I signed up for internet online and took off the mobile line they were offering for free. When I went to pick up the router, the agent said there was an issue with my order and just created a new one without showing me anything. She asked if I wanted the free line and I said no. She went in the back to pick up the modem but took her Ipad. She came back with it and said there would be a $25 activation fee for the internet and that it would be the only hidden fee. I left the place and once I got home I saw that I had emails about a mobile line activation and that the $25 mobile charge was for the line activation. I also saw a contract with my name on it and a fake signature that the agent had done without my consent!
I had to call them to get this taken off my account. I honestly have never experienced such predatory tactics.
I have attached pictures of the fake signature on their contract, the fake phone that was entered (I have a Samsung) and the charge that was written in small print.

Vivian is outstanding! She took total care with our aging equipment change-out + a complete review of our cable/internet, with easy instructions for swap at home. Ask for her. She knows her stuff and even made what might otherwise be a tedious appointment rather fun.

Xfinity forces you to go in store to get anything done. Their automated system is absolute garbage. Worst customer service ever. I just had a question, but I can ask anything through the automated system and they refuse to connect you to a representative. This garbage needs to be removed so you can talk to a person. Don’t waste your time calling, if you need something, go in store or just save the time and change service to a better provider.

They added a mobile line to my account without me asking for it or really understanding what they were having me sign. Went in to schedule a tech appointment and somehow they made up that I had a red iPhone and put a mobile number on it. Essentially fraud.

My wife and I were in earlier today, and Brent helped us. He was quick, clear, helpful, and genuinely nice. (Thank you, Brent!)
I’ve been to this store a handful of times over the last few years, and my experience has been positive, not to mention more helpful and quicker than when I’ve tried their online support.

Vivian is an absolute life saver! She had the absolute most positive attitude and just genuinely cared about me and my situation. She honestly gave me hope again in comcast after my absolute worst experience with their over the phone and online services! She helped me save over 100 dollars on my plan switching from tmobile! Couldn't have asked for better services provided! 10/10

I received the best help from Vivian! She was so kind, patient, and genuinely wanted to help. She answered all of my questions clearly and took the time to explain Xfinity’s promotions and services in a way that finally made sense. I had been frustrated and confused after multiple live chat experiences, but Vivian made everything easy to understand. Thanks to her, I now feel much more confident and trusting of Xfinity.

As the latest review I just read about Vivian it is true Vivian is the Best !!!.
I went in complaining about my bill she turned it around into a positive visit, updated my plan, I walked out with updated equipment at a lower monthly payment.
All in All she just cares and knows what shes doing. Its a shame Comcast doesn't have more employees like her because we have all dealt with the ones that were working at McDonalds yesterday and don't have a clue about what there talking about. You think I'm kidding just call the 1-800 Xfinity tech support and see how far that gets you. I spent 6 hours on the phone last night with 6 different techs and never got anything accomplished with my install. I stopped at the totem lake store dealt with Vivian this afternoon she assured me go home do what I told you and you'll be fine. And Guess what she was spot on, so we are up and running thanks to her. If it wasn't for Vivian I was absolutely ready to pack it all up and Cancel Everything with Comcast.
