I went down to Xfinity on Saturday to solve some of the issues that I had been experiencing with with my cell service young gentleman named Nico did a fantastical job on helping me with problems, by far one of the better Xfinity store in this area I would recommend to everyone

I recently visited this place and I have recently found out that this is an Xfinity contractor and not an official store.
I wanted to set up internet service for my home. Instead of a straightforward process, I was pressured into buying two mobile lines that were supposed to be free. After one month, I found out I was being charged for these lines. Despite asking them not to take my phone, they disregarded my request. This experience was incredibly frustrating and felt like a scam. Avoid this place at all costs and make sure to go to an actual Xfinity store.

⚠️? Extremely Disappointed with Xfinity Mobile Service
I recently went to an Xfinity store to get help with my internet service, and the experience was extremely frustrating. The customer service in the store was not just bad—it was downright disrespectful. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing my issues and offered no meaningful solutions.
As for the internet service itself, it’s shockingly poor. In the era of 6G technology, I’m not even getting reliable 3G speeds. The connectivity is terrible, and the internet is so slow that it's practically unusable. I expected much better from Xfinity, but this service is nowhere near the quality it should be. DO NOT USE Xfinity.✋?

I went to get an upgrade on my phone and they added a new phone line without my knowledge or consent. Called xfinity when I got my bill and had to explain repeatedly at length. They said they fixed it. I had to ask for a credit for the over charge. Next month I was charged again. Called again and got a condescending comment about he understands that money can be really tight. Then he tried to sell me more products. When I declined, he asked me what my reason was for declining. Again, I had to request a credit for the over charge (he did not offer). I Just received my bill and I was charged the extra line again.

TLDR: Helpful, friendly staff gave awesome service and saved me money.
I went in for internet after moving to a new place. Right off the bat I was very impressed with the team and store! I was greeted by a friendly smile and no wait to be helped, then was able to quickly and easily set up a new account and get internet, and finally just as we were about to wrap up, the salesperson (blanking on their name) saw that there was a short term promo for a giftcard after 3 months of service. They redid some work so I could qualify and actually lowerd my bill again! I just received the gift card and wanted to leave my thoughts.

On Saturday September 28 ,Went in to get xfinity internet for mom. The rep kept pushing for things we did not want. Said he couldn't set it up under her name since he said she cancelled previous which she didnt for 120 days . Than kept pushing services when she told him no just get us internet. We asked about equipment from previous address. He said he zeroed it out and we wouldnt have to pay for it. But we still were able to bring back the modem and a tv device. But they still charged us 358 for all three pieces of equipment they said were never returned. The rep said we didnt have to pay since they cleared it into their inventory..
They cant keep their word and prey on the elderly. Disappointed that they still do this to people.

Came to the store to get my old phone number from another service company transferred to my new Xfinity device. Levi is super nice and helpful. He knew exactly what to do, and was able to solve my problem very quickly. Really appreciate the help!

Came in to have a balance transferred. Was told call customer service, then they could not help. Also in person told them I have no access to our new account send to follow a link to access. Follow the link texted and still opens OLD account. Very frustrating I really wish they could be helpful, and my bill is going past due and I can’t pay without online access.

Came and got myself internet and was told to take a free modem and sim card that he INSISTED was all free. I told him I was happy with my current phone provider but he insisted the free service was to incite customers to switch and that I wouldn't be charged unless I actually used the service. He also took my actual personal phone during the interaction and started to do stuff on it without consent or explanation in front of my family. I asked what he was doing and he ignored me and even ignored my boyfriend which made me extremely uncomfortable we weren't getting an answer. The whole interaction was manipulative.
Fast forward to today, I just found out I'm being charged a mobile bill I didn't sign up for with the FREE sim card I didn't want or use and it's linked to my verizon phone, so that's what he took my phone for! I also noticed they put a second phone on my account labeled as my family's iPhone, it's marked as "brought in by customer" as a second line. I have never owned an iphone.. Really displeased and will be bringing back the "free" equipment so you guys can figure out how to give me internet or my money back without scamming. This is super unethical fraudulent behavior. Don't recommend this location.
