This Xfinity store in Kirkland, Washington, is well run and staffed by very smart Sales Consultants..............This morning at 10:20 I entered the store and got in line to be the 2nd customer in line...................as i was in line I Observed a young man working with a senior woman and this consultant was so professional and took his time as this senior woman needed help, and she got first class help from this consultant, which was who I was in line for next.This consultant was Austin Klemmer..................what a gift Xfinity got when they hired him.........My situation was a charge on my account that I never applied for....................so I was there to tell Austin if he could credit my account for something I never ordered.Austin is a real Gem in this store for Xfinity. He bonds quickly with the customer and he knows after a short introduction of what the customers needs are and he silently investigates and comes to a decision, in a very nice and professional manner.When I left Xfinity I felt good..real good.....because of Austin..............And just a side note. Austin looks so solid, quite but knows very well what is going on.And he works and acts like his supervisor, Cole Wells, which also is a Gem for Xfinity.Being in the Airline Business, i recognize talent, and Austin is Talent. He comes across very pleasant and he appears to exude confidence and that is what you would wish for yourself, and Austin has it.Thank you Xfinity for hiring Austin Klemmer..................charlie

I went in to cancel my account due to moving out of their service area.Vivian at the Totem Lake Kirkland, WA store was super nice and very helpful and efficient.Greatly appreciated her help.

Don't accept flex or service they upsell, they will lie it is free but it is not.

Always fast and helpful in everything I have had to do. I know there can be a wait some times but I have never had to wait more than 15 min unless there is a super long line. The associates are always working hard.

The guy over there messed up my account, I suppose to get $600 credit to buy a new phone but he did wrong and Xfinity sent me $115 check, I called too many times nobody can solve it.

Im told that i cant have unlimited internet because I’m not renting their modem and router. Im downgraded to a limited plan , sign for it there to find out later when i called xfinity that in fact i have unlimited internet.

Went in to check on my account and was not helped almost deliberately. Asked to talk with supervisor or Xfinity directly and was refused. Being an Xfinity customer with a problem this shocked me. Eventually I went to another location and fixed the problem but this location was the worst experience I’ve had with this company and I’ll be looking to change my service because of this employee.

I transferred my Xfinity Comcast service on 4/1/2023 which included 100 mb/s of internet download speed for $50/mo. As they are inclined to do, xfinity apparently had a promotional period that expired, resulting in a rate hike in August to $73/mo. Because I had autopay applied, I didn’t notice the difference. I attempted to use chat for help, and an agent promised me a refund for the over-billing from August 2022 - January 2023. The agent instead held the line open and did not respond after more than an hour of waiting. I closed the chat and requested a call back. Xfinity never called back. I requested a call back the next day. Xfinity never called back. I finally called Xfinity today, and had to re-explain myself for 30 minutes, because their customer service is an incompetent disaster that doesn’t share customer info. After arguing with the agent on the phone for 30 minutes, I was able to get them to agree to refund me for the four months of over-billing (mind you, the agent on chat had already promised this the day before). After applying the credit, the agent went to look for promotional credits. The best they could do was $65/mo for 250 mb/s of service, which is still $15/mo more than I want to be paying for service that cuts out regularly. Before agreeing to the new package, I asked POINT BLANK if this promotion involved a contract or other constraints should I need to cancel (I may be moving soon so this was top of mind). The agent told me no, and that I could always call to cancel. PULL THE CALL LOG AND LISTEN, because the words came out of the agent’s mouth. Well, lo-and-behold, I get my confirmation email and it says “$110 termination fee” clear as day in the language. This agent misled me, and Comcast / Xfinity seems to build their entire business model on screwing over customers. I will celebrate the day that this soul-less monopoly gets snuffed from existence by an industry disruptor like google fiber.

Everything they agree they don't fulfill!! Particularly for me it was terrible... They incorrectly increased the value of my monthly bill one day after I went to talk to them, they scheduled a technician to go solve a problem on the internet at my house and the technician was not... Complicated

Only 2 employees at the store. For customers in the store and it took forever! Be prepared to wait forever.

walked in 3 members of staff, they all ignored me. Waited for 45mins before being spoken to. They didn't seem to have a sense of urgency

Walked in, 3 employees working. They ignored me, no greeting, no check in. Another customer walked in, they promptly checked him in, looked at me and then turned and walked away from me without speaking.
