Nothing negative to say about the people here. They were all courteous and professional, but they misdiagnosed the problem.
I scheduled an appointment for them to check out why my truck was giving codes for a fan clutch stuck on high speed and a glow plug code when I had replaced both within the last 3 months. The truck was otherwise starting and running without any problems. They called the next day and said I needed 2 new batteries and a new fan clutch. The cost for that and a new glow plug - More than $2,000. They had no ideas as to why 2 fan clutches would go bad in a few months.
I paid the $189 diagnostics fee, and drove straight to the Chevrolet dealer.
Two days and $2,000 later I have my truck back with a new alternator and new batteries. Nothing wrong with my already new fan clutch. Apparently, the bad alternator was spiking and fried my batteries while also causing the fan clutch to stay high(?) and throwing random codes. Anyway, the misdiagnosis would have cost me about $1200 in addition to the real problem.

CRG was absolutely amazing. We blew a turbo line connection on I-90 and limped into town, arriving around 6:15 a.m., nearly two hours before opening. A lead tech happened to be coming in early, he helped us check in and let us wait inside. Bear, the mechanic, also arrived early, pulled equipment out of the bay and started working on our 6.0L Excursion before the shop even opened. In under two hours we were back on the road.
Their professionalism, skill and kindness made all the difference. Thanks to them I had one of the most successful elk hunts ever, three big elk, including my youngest son’s first elk. We live outside Tacoma and I will be making the two hour drive to bring the truck back in for injector and head stud work in the spring. Highly recommended.

They did not really get done what I asked and made me pay just for another shop to figure the problems out.

I don’t think everything I asked about was actually checked, and a few things I mentioned seemed to get missed. I don’t need the shop to do the repairs since I can handle those myself, so the response I got felt a little unnecessary and disrespectful. On top of that, it seemed like I had to agree to an overpriced repair just to move forward with the diagnostic, which was frustrating. I would’ve appreciated a clearer explanation and a more respectful approach.

Has to be one of the best shops I have ever dealt with. My Ram broke its flex plate ring gear in Vantage they got me towed with EJ Towing. Scooped the Truck and the Trailer I was hauling in one shot. Got me into a service bay and inspected the same day and I was back on the road in 23 hours even with them driving 5 hours to get parts. I cannot praise them enough top-quality shop and mechanics. I will even schedule a trip and stay to have my truck serviced by them even though they are 200 miles from home. Thats how good they are. Not enough stars to give them what I would like to give them.

Definitely highly recommend this company! Alternator caught fire and left my family stranded on the mountain. Called them up and they got me in the next morning and worked quickly and got my truck back up and running. Everyone there was super friendly and very professional.

Unfortunately I feel so aggrieved by the way I was treated at this garage I feel compelled to offer up another negative review. Over priced repairs (5 grand+) led to a cascade of failures that only cost more in diagnosing. The front office person was horrible to deal with and clearly lacks in people interaction skills. Frustrating and expensiv e...my advice is shop around,

I’ve been using Crossroads Garage for years, and they are very knowledgeable and take great care of their customers. One time they put an oil in my vehicle that was technically not the first recommendation of the manufacturer, but rather the second or third, which is further complicated by the fact that the manufacturer’s recommendations are very confusing. I as a customer should have indicated which oil I preferred to have in my truck beforehand, but I neglected to and only thought to ask what kind of oil they used after the fact. They were honest and informed me that the oil they put in it was not the oil I wanted, so they drained it for free and put in the oil I wanted and refunded me for all the parts and labor of the original oil change. Another time they offered to check my coolant condition in the parking lot whenever it was convenient for me to stop by for free when they could have easily made me schedule an appointment and charged me their base hourly rate for just ten minutes of work. And they went above and beyond recently after spending a couple weeks attempting to find an intermittent vibration my truck is making that they have been unable to recreate. They charged me the initial one-hour diagnostic fee only when I know for certain they have spent multiple hours test-driving it all over town and bringing the truck on and off their lifts attempting to find the issue. They are very honest and generous people, and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I had a fantastic experience with Crossroad Garage. Chrissy at the front desk was able to get an appointment for me to get a diagnostic done on my truck within a few days of my calling. When I had some questions about the diagnostic, Eli could answer them and break everything down for me so I could understand them. They also advised me on when I should get maintenance done on my truck. If you want excellent customer service and great mechanics, look no further.
As a bonus, the pricing was pretty good. They took pretty good care of me and my truck; I will be going back and highly recommend them!
