Best Post Office in the county. Andy goes out of his way to be helpful. I live about 12 blocks from the Ellensburg Post Office but the counter service is so bad I drive 12 miles to Kittitas because I KNOW IT WILL BE DONE RIGHT! Cheers to Andy.

Excellent customer service! Andy took our passport pictures, helped with getting the applications completed and mailed out, and made sure we understand the process and what to expect.

Never had a problem with shipping my packages, the workers were always nice and got right on what needed done:)

Terrible customer service! Tried talking to a lady there about an issue with a package being addressed to a business' physical address and not the post office box.
She abjectly refused to put it in the right box, and insisted that it needed to travel back and forth across the country and be resent.
To make it worse, the business it was addressed to IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE POST OFFICE. Literally NEXT DOOR!
What a joke.
