“I had a great experience here today. I think the worker's name is Laura (sorry if it's not), and she suggested that I redistribute gifts into flat-rate boxes. She then helped me do so and saved me $20. She was so helpful and kind and took the time despite being absolutely slammed these days. She's always friendly, even when things are crazy hectic. I know they're short-staffed and that this is a hard time of year for folks doing mail and package delivery, so the fact that she's able to do the job AND go above and beyond is really amazing.”
