2nd time we've been LIED to about a delivery. Delivery person reported that delivery couldn't be made due lack of security code to get to location. WE DON'T HAVE LIVE IN A SECURED AREA!!

This post office is very disappointing. The mail goes missing. It gets delivered late. They sometimes can't be bothered to actually deliver it, or leave it in a mailbox instead, they toss it into a driveway. If there is one thing I seriously dislike about this little community, it is this terrible post office.

The staff at the post office are friendly, fast and overworked. The ladies that deliver packages remember to bring my things to my shop, not my house and always have a kind word. I am so appreciative to have these dedicated folks handling my mail.

Quite possibly the worst post office location ever. Currently, I am missing two packages. I’ve had packages go missing before, and they were either delivered to the wrong box, the package parcel key was put into the wrong mailbox, or the package wasn’t delivered at all. It happens so often that community members have to post on the city and neighborhood Facebook pages asking if anyone else has received their mail. It’s beyond frustrating. I’d love to support the post office and the employees, but enough is enough.

Absolutely ZERO accountability here. Constantly receiving mail for other people. My stuff is sent to others. They recently forwarded a very expensive package to my mother-in-law because we have a forwarding mail for her specific name on our address. This package had my name on it yet no one pays attention to those details. Why bother? Then they throw up their hands and say oops. There’s nothing we can do. It would be great for a manager to actually hold these people responsible for their work. We can’t order things because we can’t trust our post office to get it right. It shouldn’t be this way.

Absolutely awful. Won't deliver anything that won't fit in mailbox. Mark it delivered even though it hasn't been. Mark final notice without any other notice. Incompetent disgusting service. Unbelievable!

Wait times are absolutely unreasonable (20minutes+) just to pick up a package they cannot deliver for staffing reasons.

Nobody here actually does their job. They will put out a "final delivery attempt notice" slip at your mailbox on the day your package is due for delivery in good weather or bad, residential or rural. I've personally witnessed them drive up, slap the sticker on my mailbox, and as I'm walking to the mailbox to grab the package, they drive off. When I try to schedule a hold or reschedule a delivery using the instructions on the slip it always says "invalid or incorrect code" on their website. I believe this is because they can't even be bothered to scan the slip in to associate that slip to your package in their system. They're lazy, I'm not sure how nobody hasn't investigated this place with the number of complaints and how common it is for this to happen to people. Probably because they do so little of their job, there isn't any evidence they've done anything at all, right or wrong.

If I could give them a -5 stars I would. Mark shows out for delivery on 2 items. 1 of the 2 gets delivered. Before it gets delivered, we get an email notice that 1 was attempted but couldn't be delivered. How are they coming separating through the PO.?. Then after 25 Minutes in line with 15 other people in front of us working and 1 person on duty they can't find our attempted package. "We will do what we can to find it" typical for this PO. Every time we go there it's a ridiculous deal with no end in site.
