“Micah came out to uprgade my ancient cable modem. He troubleshot my old cable which couldn't sustain the higher rates. He and Rory determined that a new cable needs to be run from street to house. In the pouring rain, they ran a temporary cable to support the new upgrades until the permanent install can be done. They were problem solvers, and determined what I needed and took care of me for a situation that was more than expected. Such is the nature of older aging infrastrucure. I appreciated their desire to see it through.”
