Waited 3 hours for my kid’s script for antibiotics to be filled, was told I needed to wait another half hour. Came back to be told they wouldn’t have the script until the next day in the afternoon. It’s cool, I’ll just deal with my kid’s screaming over their UTI for another day…. /s

For the same medication it costs $55 co-pay with insurance but if you just pay out of pocket without insurance it's $35. Makes me wonder how many people are being over charged for their meds and don't know it. Pharmacist didn't do a very good job at explaining and then cut off the conversation.

Yes, it’s a small-town pharmacy. I see lots of reviews, of whining, complaining, demanding etc. I have used this pharmacy for over twenty years. Yes, they have problems sourcing certain meds, that’s hardly the staff’s fault. I know most of the staff, and I would not do their job for triple their wage. Reading some of the reviews, I would not serve you either. It’s very simple, if you don’t like it go some place else. You would still have something to complain about.

Went to the drugstore to get some zinc for my daughter. I bought the chewables, because they didn't have much choice after buying them for myself and my daughter I took mine home, opened it up. I happened to look at the bottle and it was expired in 2021 not only were they ridiculously expensive but they were not even Usable as they were expired a year ago.

Be Careful with your purchases, they don't mind selling you expired medications.I never thought to check up on Medications from a Pharmacy.Mine was 13 months past the expiration date!SHAMEFUL. No wonder they have such poor reviews.

As a long time resident of La Conner, I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. A particular staff member (the older white lady) has zero customer service and treats you like your an inconvenience. They rarely answer their phone and 80% of the time, they don't receive the prescription from my provider. I'm done with this establishment. To be fair, several of the staff are kind and professional.

Made a Covid vaccine appointment and came in with my baby in tow. Waited for ages while employee ignored me. Finally asked to be checked in and she was incredibly rude. Will never, ever come to this godforsaken, homeopathy-ridden 'drugstore' again.

I get the same four prescription refills every month, and not a month goes by that they fail to have at least one of my prescriptions in stock. The service is unfriendly, and the signage throughout the store communicates a hostility toward customers, from the "No Restrooms" sign on the front door to the "No Cellphones" sign at the register. You would think that in a small town like La Conner they would at least learn their customers' names. I wish they'd sell the business to someone committed to customer service.

Lovely pharmacy with a personal touch. Lots of unusual products I can’t get at the mainstream pharmacies. Kind people. Great service.

The covid vaccination on 3/8/2021 at this location was totally unacceptable. As per the instructions we received pertaining to the procedure we arrived at the La Conner Drug Store and informed, via text, that we were on site for our appointment. The store confirmed notification of arrival and said to stay in our car until we received the text to enter for our appointment. Well after our scheduled appointment time we realized that many people parking in the lot had not remained in their car as per instructions. On further investigation we realized that those 40 or more people were all in line for the vaccination. Why was this store not following a safe protocol procedure? Why did they allow people to come in and form lines? Why did they not require those coming in to return to their cars to wait until they were notified via text to enter for their appointment?I learned that this location had been administering the covid vaccine since January. Surely, with some planning the protocol could have been safe and expedient. A master list of all clients appointments with their preference/choice for one or for either vaccine specified could have been provided. Perhaps a hiring of two people to record the initial text of client's arrival and then give the follow-up text for client to enter for appointment would have helped. (I heard an employee tell someone who had waited in car for 40 minutes say, "we can't text everyone"!)While we personally had avoided crowds for the past year, we had to join a group of 40 or more waiting in a small space for hours to receive the vaccine. We expected a drug store to follow a safer procedure than this. And now, we feel you have put us and our family pod at risk.

We signed up to receive our first covid shot here yesterday. The experience was a travesty. We signed in at 12:30 pm as instructed and were texted to remain in our car until notified to come in for our appointment which was scheduled between 2 - 3 pm. As of 3 pm, we had not received a notification to come in so we went to the door and went in. The store probably had 40 to 60 people in line waiting for a shot. The current guidelines for containing the virus are to limit gathering in large crowds. This was a large crowd for a fairly small space. We waited in line for 2 hours before receiving our shot. Our concern with the process of getting the shot was that it was poorly handled and the threat of being exposed to the virus while waiting in line. There could be a much better and safer method of providing the shot than what we experienced.
