Nestled along the picturesque shores of Puget Sound, Thousand Trails La Conner is a stunning 111-acre RV campground that offers a tranquil retreat in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. Just a short drive from the charming fishing village of La Conner, the campground provides easy access to a variety of attractions, from the quaint shops and distinctive dining options of the town to the breathtaking natural beauty of the nearby San Juan Islands and the rugged Canadian wilderness. Despite the campground's many charms, some guests have noted areas in need of improvement, particularly with the sewer system and overall maintenance. The staff, however, are generally described as friendly and accommodating, with the member specialist, Beth, praised for her knowledge and helpfulness. Visitors often remark on the stunning sunsets and the abundance of nearby day-trip opportunities, from the picturesque towns of Bow and Edison to the outdoor adventures of Sedro-Woolley and Mount Baker. While the campground may face some operational challenges, many guests find the overall experience to be one of relaxation and tranquility, with the peaceful setting and friendly staff making it a favorite destination for those seeking a coastal getaway in the Pacific Northwest.
It looked like a nice place to stay, my parent's brought my son there to enjoy a nice weekend and I had to go pick him up and it was beautifully laid out and not too far from a sandy beach and water access

This is one of my favorite campgrounds in the United States, and I come here several times a year. Sitting in the grass under the lone tree, watching the intoxicating sunset over the sea, my heart always feels so peaceful...
